A short drama series featuring an 11-year-old actress playing a child bride has sparked public outrage and official scrutiny in China over suspected violations of child protection laws.
据报道，该剧选用了年仅11岁的女童饰演“替嫁新娘”，剧情还包含7岁被迫嫁人、15岁生子等严重违背伦理的设定。
不少网友发现，剧中存在多处男女主搂抱、牵手的肢体接触镜头，故事线更是充斥“养成系”“大婚圆房”等成人化隐喻。
With the title roughly translating to
Forcing the Lucky Koi to Marry the King of Hell: The Prime Minister's Mansion Loses All Its Fortune, the series includes plotlines that depict a child forced into marriage at the age of 7 and giving birth at 15, as well as intimate scenes such as hugging and hand-holding between the minor actress and an adult actor.
该剧上线后，不少网友表示：无法接受！
1月14日，中青报·中青网记者搜索发现，该剧在多个平台已无法查询，部分平台显示“本剧已下架”。

中国网络文艺知识产权纠纷人民调解委员会调解员、中国执业律师缪蒙京告诉记者，从法律视角审视，该剧已明确触碰红线：其内容违反未成年人保护法及《未成年人节目管理规定》中严禁渲染未成年人成人化情感的规定，也直接违背了广电总局关于儿童不得出演成人化剧情的要求。行政层面，下架、罚款等处罚是必然结果。
缪蒙京指出，更为严重的是，视频中呈现的特定身体接触，可能使得事件性质发生根本变化。若后续调查证实，这些接触并非艺术表演的必要范畴，而是构成了对儿童演员的实际、具体的猥亵行为，那么相关责任人员（如直接行为人、知情并放任的导演或制片）将不再仅承担行政责任，而是面临刑事追诉，涉嫌构成“猥亵儿童罪”。这是本案最核心的刑事责任所在。
Lawyer Miao Mengjing stated that the series clearly contravenes China's Minor Protection Law and regulations prohibiting the adultification of minors. He warned that if the physical contact depicted is deemed non-essential to the storyline and constitutes actual abuse, those involved could face criminal prosecution, including charges of child molestation.
