Great news for travelers! China's arrival process has just got a digital makeover.
现在，你可以在起飞前或落地后，全程在线填写入境卡，无需纸质表格，无需排队申领。
Now you can complete your arrival card before you take off or once you arrive — completely online.
自2025年11月20日起，外国人来华前，可通过中国国家移民管理局政府网站、政务服务平台、"移民局12367"APP和微信（支付宝）小程序、手机端扫描入境卡填报码等渠道，在网上填报入境相关信息。对于不具备网上填报条件的外国人，可在抵达中国口岸出入境边防检查现场时，通过手机扫描二维码或使用现场智能设备在网上填报入境信息，或者填写纸质外国人入境卡。以下7种情形的外国人可免于填报：持中华人民共和国外国人永久居留身份证、持港澳居民来往内地通行证（非中国籍）、持团体签证或者符合团体免签入境、24小时直接过境不离开口岸限定区域、乘坐邮轮入出境并随原邮轮返回、快捷通道入境、出入境交通运输工具的外国籍员工等。
Effective November 20th, 2025, foreigners may fill in the relevant entry information online before coming to China throughNIA’s official website, Government Service Platform,"NIA 12367"APP and WeChat (Alipay) mini program or by scanning the QR code with mobile phones. Foreigners who cannot fill in the information online in advance may complete the process upon arriving at the immigration inspection site in the ports of China by scanning the QR code with mobile phones or using the smart devices at the port to fill in the entry information online or filling in the paper Arrival Card.
The following 7 types of foreigners may be exempted from filling in the Arrival Card: a. holding a People's Republic of China Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card; b. holding a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (Non-Chinese Citizens); c. holding a group visa or eligible for group visa-free entry; d. transiting directly within 24 hours without leaving the restricted area of the port; e. entering and exiting with the same cruise ship; f. entering through fast lanes; g. foreign employees of exit-entry transport vehicles.
“几分钟就搞定 完全没有问题”
马年春节前夕，中国日报外籍记者石花姐来到北京首都国际机场，现场采访外国游客，询问他们的通关新体验！
一名俄罗斯游客说，出发前他在手机上填好信息、生成二维码，落地后扫码通关，全程不到五分钟。
"It took like a few minutes, so no problems."
在边检窗口，录指纹、盖验讫章，一气呵成。“比以前方便太多了。”来自巴西的游客说。
"We didn't even wait in the line. We were directed to wait to sit for five minutes."
石花姐还参与了一场充满城市风味的食物品鉴之旅（Food Tour），与来自美国、巴西等地的游客深入交流。
一名美国游客分享她的入境体验：扫码、分流、候检、问询——整个过程顺畅得像提前演练过。
“边检人员非常友好，问了三个问题，就让我们过去了。”
另一位巴西游客说：“我提前48小时就在大兴机场的小程序上填好了入境卡在线表单，二维码早就存好了，一秒都没等。”
"I did everything in my country, and I just got the QR code. When I got here, it was super fast."
在这些刚刚入境的国际旅客口中，“快”“方便”“没问题”是他们最常挂在嘴边的词。
