⏰取消时限

  • 请至少提前1个工作日操作取消

  • 预约当天无法取消（无论任何时间点）

  • 已过期的预约不可取消

“提前1个工作日”是什么意思？
例如：您的预约在周三，最晚需在周二当天结束前取消
若预约在周一，最晚需在上一个周五取消（周末及节假日不计入工作日）

⚠️违规后果

若您未取消且未到场，系统可能会限制您再次预约，具体以相关条款为准。

Dear Applicant,

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please be sure tocancel it in advance. To avoid any impact on your future booking eligibility, please read the following carefully:

⏰Cancellation Deadline

  • Cancellations must be made at least1 business daybefore the appointment.

  • Same-day cancellations are not accepted(regardless of the time).

  • Expired appointments cannot be canceled.

What does “1 business day in advance” mean?

  • Example: If your appointment is onWednesday, the cancellation must be completed by theend of Tuesday.

  • If your appointment is onMonday, the cancellation must be completed by theend of the previous Friday(weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days).

⚠️Consequences of No-Show
If you fail to cancel and do not show up, the system mayrestrict you from making another appointment(please refer to the terms for details).
