色化后的轻奢美式，客厅主要用美克美家ART的家具，地砖采用了意大利美生·雅素丽的花片，定调去色简美风格的基调后，其他立面及顶面采用“少就是多”的设计手法，纯粹的空间本质，旨在成为远离繁杂的灰调，打破了原建筑的小开外窗，以落地窗的手法增加采光量，让灰色主调增加暖调增加明度，后期墙面用暖灰艺术涂料更是让有格调的美学空间，冷静后的简美更加有浪漫气息。
