The Art Deco-style facade, adorned with red brick masonry and arcuated openings, echoes the Bund’s architectural charm while resonating with Suzhou Creek’s historic rhythm, blending aesthetic inheritance with contemporary vitality.

坐落于苏州河与西藏路桥交汇处的美新公馆，编织着历史与现代的对话。设计从场地作为上海首个煤气厂的遗产中汲取灵感，“火焰” 母题贯穿始终，成为重燃工业记忆的精妙隐喻。装饰艺术风格的外立面以红砖砌体与弧形开口为饰，既呼应外滩建筑风情，又与苏州河历史肌理相融，让美学传承与当代活力共生。

Policy innovation paves the way for this commercial-to-residential transformation, adhering to the “three invariants” principle to revitalize underperforming assets.
