Located in Central Oregon’s Black Butte Ranch, this house is a refined take on lodge-style architecture and was designed by JHL from the ground up. The heart of the home is a beautiful stone fireplace which reaches up to the wood-covered ceiling. Large windows look into the surrounding forest.
这座房子位于俄勒冈州中部的 Black Butte Ranch，是小屋风格建筑的精致体现，由 JHL 从头开始设计。房子的中心是一个美丽的石头壁炉，壁炉一直延伸到木质天花板。大窗户可以看到周围的森林。
This interior space is unique, and the wood-based decorative surface gives people a natural and rustic feeling. The elements of pastoral style are cleverly combined with the elements of American style to create a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
这个室内空间独具特色，以木结构为主的装饰面给人一种自然质朴的感觉。田园风格的元素与美式风格的元素巧妙融合，营造出温馨而舒适的氛围。
The kitchen space is very spacious, and the open design makes the whole space more transparent and atmospheric. The large island in the center has become the focus of the kitchen, which not only provides ample operating space, but also has social functions. The three small chandeliers above the island emit soft light, adding warmth and romance to the kitchen. Here, cooking is no longer a boring task, but a way to enjoy life.
厨房空间十分宽敞，采用开放式设计，让整个空间显得更加通透大气。中央的大岛台成为了厨房的焦点，不仅提供了充足的操作空间，还兼具了社交功能。岛台上方的三个小吊灯散发着柔和的光芒，为厨房增添了一份温暖与浪漫。在这里，烹饪不再是一项枯燥的任务，而是一种享受生活的方式。
The JHL team balanced the home’s soaring scale with cozier elements, like built-in window seats flanking the hearth, handmade rugs and warm lighting.
JHL 团队用更舒适的元素（例如壁炉两侧的内置靠窗座椅、手工地毯和温暖的灯光）平衡了住宅的巨大规模。
