Glory Xi’an Finance Centre
国瑞西安金融中心矗立于高新区锦业路核心商务区，这里是中国西北地区金融总部密度最高、世界500强企业入驻最多的区域。其建筑总面积约29万平方米，高度350米，共75层。
Glory Xi’an Finance Centre stands in the core area of Jinye Road in High-Tech Zone, which has the largest number of financial headquarters and Fortune 500 companies in Northwest China. With a total floor area of about 290,000 ㎡, it rises 350m of 75 floors.
除了外在的地标形象，国瑞西安金融中心这一项目还有两个内在的“心”：
Apart from its external image, Glory Xi’an Finance Centre has two internal “hearts”:
一个是“硬件心”，项目内在的硬件和空间都严格按照国际超甲级写字楼标准来安装选配，同时为了更好地打造这个350米的立体综合体，大楼拥有71部超高速电梯，其中最高梯速达9米/秒，实现了各功能空间的高效无缝流转。
One is the “hardware heart”. The internal hardware and space of the project are all strictly installed and selected to meet the standards of international Grade A+ office buildings. Meanwhile, to better create this 350-meter vertical complex, the building features 71 ultra-high-speed elevators, with the fastest reaching 9 meters per second, achieving efficient and seamless movement between functional spaces.
另一个是“智慧心”，项目采用了“AI+楼宇智能控制系统”。这套系统主要从两方面赋能：一是提升30%运营效率，实现精细化管控；二是通过智能节能策略，有效减少了15%电量，直接支撑其ESG（环境、社会与治理深度融合的管理体系）与环境可持续发展目标。
The other is the “smart heart”. The project adopts an “AI + Intelligent Building Control System”, which mainly empowers in two aspects: the first is to improve operational efficiency by 30% and achieve precise management; the second is to effectively reduce electricity consumption by 15% through intelligent energy-saving strategies, directly supporting the ESG and environmental sustainability goals.
特别值得一提的是，大楼在71层设有空中观光层，以“城市之光”为理念，可360度俯瞰西安胜景，是名副其实的“城市云端会客厅”。
It is worth mentioning that the 71st floor features an observation deck. Themed “Light of the City”, it offers a 360-degree view of Xi’an, which is a true “city sky lounge”.
在极具现代感的外观之下，国瑞西安金融中心内部构建了一个功能复合、高效协同的垂直生态圈。它包括甲级写字楼、商业娱乐、云端旅游观光等业态，成为集金融商务、文化旅游、展览展示、会议交流、休闲餐饮等功能为一体的企业总部基地集群新地标。预计可引入新兴金融、科创及专业服务类企业，形成“金融+科技+专业服务”的垂直产业链，带动上下游企业同步入驻。
Under its highly modern outside, Glory Xi’an Finance Centre has built a vertical ecosystem that is functionally diverse and highly efficient. With Grade A office buildings, commercial entertainment, and cloud-level tourism, it has become a new landmark for enterprise headquarters clusters that unite financial business, cultural tourism, exhibition displays, conference exchanges, and leisure dining purposes. It is expected to attract emerging financial, tech innovation, and professional service companies, form a vertical industrial chain of “finance + technology + professional services”, and drive upstream and downstream enterprises to co-locate.
目前，国瑞西安金融中心已投入运营。其建成的意义远不止于建筑本身，更是西安发展“总部经济”，推动城市高质量发展的重要载体。
Currently, Glory Xi’an Finance Centre has been put into operation. Its importance goes far beyond the building itself, but it is a key platform for Xi’an to develop “headquarters economy” and promote high-quality development.
一座座城市新地标，不仅是西安经济活力与对外开放水平的象征，更以其创新的精神和时代感，为西安迈向“世界人文之都”注入了强劲的动力与崭新的注脚。
All these new city landmarks, not only symbolize Xi’an’s economic vitality and level of opening up, but also with their innovative spirit and modern design, inject strong energy and add notes for Xi’an to move towards “World City of Humanity”.
