EO企业家组织联合中欧国际工商学院Global EMBA课程推出“启发企业家”项目

中国，上海—— EO企业家组织（Entrepreneurs’ organization）联合国际领先的商学院中欧国际工商学院（CEIBS）Global EMBA课程推出针对EO企业家群体的学习项目“启发企业家”，以激发企业家的创新精神，助力企业家应对全球不确定挑战。该学习计划2023年3月9日至10日举行。

在这个充满挑战的时期，EO企业家组织意识到为企业家提供世界级先进商业理念的学习计划至关重要。“启发企业家”学习计划核心内容是激发企业家的创新精神。中国和海外市场快速迭代，尤其在后疫情时代的大背景下，企业家如何在瞬息万变的市场中做出决策，已成为企业运营发展的重大课题。

该计划由中欧国际工商学院的知名教授和商业思想家设计，专注于通过实际商业案例和工作坊式的体验式互动学习，将理论框架和方法论转化为实践范例。这种教学方式是中欧国际工商学院Global EMBA课程教学体系的重要组成部分，同样值得参与"启发企业家"项目的成员憧憬与期待。

在学习过程中，EO企业家将有机会了与全球商业领域最具洞察力的知名教授交流学习，并全方位深入了解中欧Global EMBA课程的方方面面，如战略思维、谈判策略、敏捷创新方法和颠覆性创新。本次为期两天的学习将进一步拓宽EO企业家的视野，从更广泛的视角洞悉全球范围内的紧迫挑战，并探讨应对的解决方案。企业家对战略、创新和敏锐洞察力的传统思考方式将受到全方位的挑战，同时，授课专家将持续激励学员在逆境中继续学习，赋能企业家拓展全球视野，启发创新思维，不断创造社会价值。

在“启发企业家”学习计划结业典礼时，EO中国企业家奖颁奖盛典（EO China Awards Gala）同期举办，以表彰EO中国企业家成员公司所取得的斐然成绩以及对中国本土经济发展所带来的积极影响。颁奖盛典将于3月10日在上海百年历史建筑百乐门举办。

EO企业家组织（EO， Entrepreneurs’ Organization）是一个全球性的、活跃的商界领袖网络，拥有超过17,000名企业家成员。EO全球成员是平均年营业额超过400万美元的公司创始人、联合创始人、所有人或控股股东。该社区致力于通过共享经验和协作学习赋能全球企业家，为全球经济发展带来促进作用。

EO中国是由12个EO企业家组织分会组成的。自1996年在香港成立第一个大中华区分会以来，至今已服务中国企业家27年，并汇聚了近600位企业家会员。其中本次EO中国企业家奖的发起者EO上海分会会员来自于超过15个国家。

Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and CEIBS Launch "Inspiring Entrepreneurs" Program to Foster Growth and Address Global Uncertainty

SHANGHAI, CHINA - The Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) Global EMBA have teamed up to launch the "Inspiring Entrepreneurs" program for EO members, designed to help entrepreneurs grow and address global uncertainty. The program will take place on March 9th-10th.

In these challenging times, EO recognizes the importance of providing entrepreneurs with access to world-class educational experiences. The core focus of the "Inspiring Entrepreneurs" program is to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit within individuals. With the rapid evolution of markets in China and abroad, particularly against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, making strategic decisions in an ever-changing landscape has become a significant challenge for entrepreneurs.

The program, designed by leading professors and business thinkers from CEIBS, will utilize practical business cases and workshop-style learning to translate theoretical frameworks and methodologies into practical examples. These elements are a crucial part of the CEIBS Global EMBA curriculum and will be highly anticipated by "Inspiring Entrepreneurs" participants. EO entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to learn from world-leading professors and gain insights into important CEIBS GEMBA topics such as strategic thinking, negotiation strategies, agile innovation methods, and disruptive innovation. This two-day program will provide EO entrepreneurs with a broader perspective on urgent global challenges and solutions. It will challenge entrepreneurs' thinking about strategy, innovation, and agility, and inspire them to continue learning in adversity, helping them to expand their global perspectives, innovative thinking, and create social value.

The "Inspiring Entrepreneurs" program will be followed by the EO China Awards Gala, which will take place on March 10th at the historic Paramount ballroom in Shanghai. The event aims to recognize EO China member companies for their outstanding achievements and positive contributions to the development of the Chinese economy.

The Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) is a global and active network of business leaders with over 17,000 entrepreneurial members. The global members of EO are founders, co-founders, owners, or controlling shareholders of companies with an average annual turnover of over 4 million US dollars.
