3月18日，楷拓生物国际业务创新研发中心项目签约活动在无锡高新区举行。楷拓生物是一家聚焦生物医药新技术开发和应用的创新科技公司，专注为全球基因细胞治疗药物与核酸药物提供从药物研发、质量研究、临床应用到产业化的全产业链一站式CRDMO服务。此次签约，楷拓生物将在无锡高新区设立国际业务创新研发中心，计划组建约50人研发团队，聚焦核心技术创新与国际业务拓展，进一步完善企业全产业链布局。

CATUG Biotechnology has signed a deal to establish an International Business Innovation R&D Center in WND on March 18. The company provides one-stop CRDMO services for global gene and cell therapies and nucleic acid drugs. A 50-member R&D team will drive core tech innovation and international expansion at the WND center.

3月16日，苏民投、沃尔富与无锡高新区达成项目合作意向。此次签约，苏民投、沃尔富与无锡高新区将合作构建债权类工具金融矩阵，聚焦无锡高新区产业发展重点领域，预计最高投放金额可达60亿元，将为区域构建“股债协同”的全周期金融生态、提升产业高质量发展能级注入澎湃动力。

Sumin Investment, Wolf Holding, and WND signed a cooperation agreement on March 16 to build a debt-finance toolkit focusing on WND's key industrial sectors, with potential investments up to 6 billion yuan ($871.55 million), creating a full-cycle equity-debt synergy that is set to boost high-quality industrial growth.

An AI training camp themed around OpenClaw and the One Person Company (OPC) model opened on March 14 at Wuxi National Software Park in WND, drawing more than 100 artificial intelligence entrepreneurs and developers from across the Yangtze River Delta. Participants explored new opportunities to integrate OpenClaw and OPC communities and discussed practical pathways to turn AI innovation into real-world applications.
