当然,这是夸张说法,但长期这么做确实会严重损伤视力!

明暗反差过大

刺激视网膜,加重黄斑区负担

众所周知,我们的眼睛自带调光系统。黑暗环境下:瞳孔会放大,让更多光线进入,帮助我们看清东西;光亮环境下:瞳孔会缩小,从而进入的光线减少,能更好地保护眼球。

而关灯玩手机,全黑的环境+手机局部的强光会造成极强的明暗反差,让我们的瞳孔处于放大—缩小—放大—缩小的循环中,长期下来会刺激眼底视网膜(retina),加重黄斑区(macula)负担。


The sharp contrast between a bright screen and a dark environment forces the pupils to constantly adjust, potentially overstimulating the retina and increasing pressure on the macula.

当然,这时候就有网友举手发言了:打开护眼模式不就行了吗?

别天真了!护眼模式不过是给屏幕加层暖光滤镜,刺眼的蓝光少了,可明暗反差的问题还在,该伤眼还是伤眼。

那打开手电筒总行了吧?

开了手电筒,明暗对比更强烈了,眼睛受到的刺激翻倍,不适感直接拉满,伤眼效果加倍。

"Night mode" or "eye comfort" settings offer only limited relief. While they reduce blue light, they do not address the contrast between a bright screen and a dark room. Using a flashlight may further intensify glare and discomfort.

长时间看手机

干眼症风险增加

很多人以为干眼症dry eye syndrome就是眼睛干巴巴的,忍忍就过去了。千万别小瞧它!

若长期放任不管,后续会发展为眼痛、畏光,甚至影响正常视物,连睁眼都觉得难受。

Many people also underestimate dry eye syndrome, assuming it is merely mild dryness. However, if left untreated, it can progress to eye pain, light sensitivity, and even impaired vision.

而长时间关灯玩手机,是导致干眼症的一个明确危险因素!

正常情况下,我们每分钟眨眼15~20次,但当我们在黑暗中专注看手机,则会不自觉地减少眨眼次数,刷起手机来可能眨眼次数不足5次。

长期下来,泪液蒸发过快,导致眼球得不到滋润,干眼症自然就找上门了。

Experts note that prolonged smartphone use in the dark is a key risk factor. Reduced blinking, often dropping from 15–20 times per minute to fewer than five, can accelerate tear evaporation, increasing the likelihood of developing the condition.

近距离用眼

近视风险极速飙升

有研究显示:更近的电子屏幕用眼距离(如<33厘米)与更高的近视患病率相关。

当我们超近距离用眼,会让眼睛的睫状肌一直处于收缩痉挛的紧张状态,无法得到真正的放松。

短期引发视疲劳,久而久之,睫状肌僵硬无法回弹,假性近视就会变成真性近视,原本近视的度数也会蹭蹭往上涨。

Viewing screens at very close distances can further strain the eyes. Distances under 33 centimeters are associated with a higher risk of myopia, as the eye muscles remain under constant tension, potentially leading to long-term vision problems.

侧躺玩手机

双眼视力失衡,斜视找上你

侧躺玩手机,手是轻松了,眼睛却累麻了。

在这个姿势下,双眼和手机屏幕的距离完全不一样,下方的眼睛离屏幕更近,受力和调节负担更重,不仅单眼疲劳感翻倍,时间久了,双眼度数差距会越来越大,形成屈光参差(anisometropia)。

更严重的是,长期单侧用眼、眼肌发力不均,还会诱发斜视、散光,甚至出现重影模糊

Posture also plays a role. Lying on one side creates uneven viewing distances, placing greater strain on one eye and potentially leading to imbalanced vision or conditions such as anisometropia, astigmatism, or double vision.

所以说,关灯侧躺玩手机,你以为是你在玩手机,其实是手机正在玩废你的眼睛!

如果实在戒不掉,试试下面这些做法,把伤害降到最低。

① 玩手机能坐着就别躺着,非要躺就仰躺。

When using your phone, sit up rather than lying down. If you must lie down, lie on your back.

② 有意识多眨眼,润滑眼球。

Make a conscious effort to blink more often to keep your eyes lubricated.

③ 开阅读灯或小夜灯,避免在全黑环境下玩手机。

Turn on a reading light or a small night light, and avoid using your phone in complete darkness.

④ 刷手机20分钟后,闭眼或远眺20秒。

After 20 minutes of scrolling on your phone, close your eyes or look into the distance for 20 seconds.
