发改委决定，自2008年12月19日零时起将汽油出厂价格由每吨6480元调整为5580元，每吨降低900元；柴油出厂价格由每吨6070元调整为4970元，每吨降低1100元；航空煤油出厂价格由每吨7450元调整为5050元，每吨降低2400元。零售价方面，汽油每升降价0.91元，柴油降价1.08元/升。
