现任北京高策房地产顾问机构董事长。复旦大学学士，清华大学高级工商管理硕士；思源经纪、思源顾问创始人之一。自1999年以来，他曾指导或亲自参与完成了全国数十个成功地产策划项目，具有代表性的包括北京三大奥运城市土地运营项目顾问、国奥村、金隅山墅、北京BDA国际企业大道等。获得《新地产》“2008年改革开放三十年中国地产远见人物”、“2007年度影响力人物”、“最佳思想贡献奖”，《安家》“2006年度北京地产最具价值CEO”等荣誉奖项。

Li Guoping is currently the chairman of Top Consult He earned a Bachelor degree from Fudan University, a Master of Senior Business Administration from Tsinghua University.

He is one of the founders of SYSWIN Brokerage and SYSWIN Consulting.Since 1999, Professor Li Guoping has instructed or participated in accomplishing dozens of successful real estate planning projects, such as the consultant of Beijing Olympics’ three big land operations, Olympic Village, Jinyu Mountain Villa and Beijing BDA International Business Avenue. He is named the “Vision Character of Chinese 30 years of reform and opening up in real estate in 2008” by New Real Estate , “Annual Most Influential People in 2007”, ”Best Thought Contribution Award”, and ”the Most Valued CEO of Beijing Real Estate in 2006” by IHome Magazine.
