王博士于2011年加入中金。2007-2011年，担任摩根士丹利大中华区董事总经理兼首席经济学家。2007年之前，任美国银行担任大中华区经济研究和投资策略主管。2010-2011年，王博士带领的摩根士丹利经济研究团队连续两年被《机构投资者》杂志评选为亚洲区第一名。1999-2005年，他在国际货币基金组织任经济学家，常驻美国首都华盛顿，负责分析亚洲、东欧以至中东地区成员国的经济情况，加强并执行国际货币基金组织的督导政策框架。

王博士拥有美国马里兰大学经济学博士学位，专攻国际经济学和公共金融。此前从中国人民大学获得经济学学士和宏观经济管理学硕士学位。

2010-2011, Dr. Wang joined China International Capital Corporation Limited in 2011. Dr. Wang served as managing director of Greater China, Morgan Stanley chief economist. Before 2007, he was the head of China area investment strategy and economic research department in U.S. Bank.2010-2011, Dr. Wang’s economic research team of Morgan Stanley has been awarded First Place in Asia twice by the magazine of “Institutional Investor”. 1999-2005, he was appointed the International Monetary Fund economist, based in the U.S. capital of Washington, he was responsible for analysis of Asia, Eastern Europe and even the Middle East country's economic situation, and enforce the supervision of the International

Monetary Fund policy framework.Dr. Wang has a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Maryland, USA, specializing in international economics and public finance. Earlier he received master degree of economics and macro-economic management from Renmin University of China.
