LIU Jipeng

刘纪鹏具有教授、高级研究员、高级经济师职称和注册会计师资格，目前任中国政法大学资本研究中心主任、教授、博导；中国企业改革与发展研究会副会长；兼任财政部财科所和首都经贸大学研究生导师；曾任天津、成都、南宁等市政府和前国家电力公司顾问、大陆企业到香港上市法律专家组成员等职。全国人大《证券法》、《国有资产法》、《期货交易法》和《证券投资基金法（修订）》修改组和起草组成员。

As a professor, senior research fellow, senior economist and CPA, Liu Jipeng is Director of Capital Research Center at China University of Poliltical Science and Law. He is also the Vice President of China Enterprise Reform and Development Society. Liu provided advices for municipal governments of Tianjin, Chengdu and Nanning and mainland companies seeking to list on Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Liu participated in the drafting or amending of Securities Law, State-Owned Assets Law, Futures Transaction Law and Law On Securities Investment Fund.
