刘先生自一九九五年起担任首创集团副董事长及总经理职务。在加盟首创集团之前，刘先生曾于北京市政府多个部门工作，累积约13年经验，包括曾任北京市发展计划委员会副主任及北京首都规划建设委员会副秘书长等。一九九四年起，刘先生就任新资本国际投资有限公司董事局主席。二零零零年起，担任北京首创股份有限公司董事长。目前还是北京商学院、北方工业大学客席教授。刘先生于一九八二年在北京商学院取得经济学学士学位。

Liu Xiaoguang is the Board Chairman of the Capital Land Co., Ltd., and Beijing Capital Co. Ltd since 1995.Before that, Mr. Liu served as Section Director, Chief Economist and Deputy Director-General for Beijing Municipal Planning Commission as well as Deputy Secretary-General of Beijing Capital Planning and Construction Commission.Mr. Liu has actively engaged in domestic and international financial markets and successfully raised funds for his group of companies.Mr. Liu is also an adjunct professor and an advisor for Master and Ph.D. students at Tsinghua University, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and Beijing Industrial and Commercial University, respectively.
