刘逖，复旦大学法学硕士、经济学博士、历史学博士后，英国皇家国际事务研究所、剑桥大学访问研究员，先后师从著名经济学家蒋学模教授、历史学家樊树志教授。

现任上海证券交易所基金与衍生品部总监，主要研究领域为金融创新与市场微观结构、中国古代历史与哲学。是我国市场微观结构研究的主要开拓者，主持的年度《市场质量报告》开创了我国证券市场质量评估的先河，大量的实证研究成果为我国证券市场产品和交易机制创新提供了有力的支撑；同时，在计量史学领域也取得了丰硕的研究成果。

Liu Ti

Director of the Funds and Derivatives Department, Shanghai Security Exchange

Liu Ti acquired his LLM and Ph.D. (Economics) degree in Fudan University, and he also did history research there as a post-doctoral fellow. His mentors include distinguished economist Jiang Xuemo and historian Fan Shuzhi. Later, he became a visiting fellow in the Royal Institute of International Affairs and Cambridge University.

Serving as the director of the Funds and Derivatives Department at Shanghai Security Exchange, Liu now focuses on the research of financial innovation, market microstructure, ancient Chinese history and philosophy. He’s a pioneer of China’s market microstructure research and the Market Quality Report annually released under his supervision introduced such evaluation into China’s security market. His extensive empirical study laid a solid ground for the innovation of security market product and trading mechanism. At the same time, his work on measuring historiography is also notable.
