王连洲，被业内誉为基金业之父。原全国人大财经委办公室副主任。1983年调任全国人大财经委员会，先后担任办公室财金组副组长、组长，办公室副主任，经济法室副主任，研究室正局级巡视员，是中国《证券法》、《信托法》、《投资基金法》起草工作小组组长。着重研究宏观经济问题，计划与市场关系问题，企业财产制度问题，非国有企业问题等。

Mr. Wang once served in the headquarter of The People’s Bank of China, in 1983, he was transferred to NPC Financial and Economic Committee, and successively served as Vice Director and Director of Finance Group, Deputy Director of Financial Committee and Economic Law Committee, Bureau Class Inspector of Research Institute. He took part in drafting China Security Law, Trust Law, and Investment Fund Law, and worked as a group leader. Wang specialize in macro economy and finance related legislation.
