1978年至1985年，在天津财经学院财政学系获经济学学士、经济学硕士学位。1991年至1994年，在中国人民大学财政金融系获经济学博士学位。2000年，在英国卡迪夫大学商学院做高级访问学者。中国社会科学院学部委员。现任中国社会科学院财政与贸易经济研究所所长，兼任华夏银行股份有限公司独立董事、上海实业发展股份有限公司独立董事、烟台万华聚氨酯股份有限公司独立董事。学术专长为财政经济学、财政税收政策分析。

Gao Peiyong

Gao Peiyong obtained Ph.D. in Economics from School of Finance in Renmin University of China in 1994, Master of Economics and Bachelor of Economics from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics from 1978 to 1985. He was a Senior Visiting Scholar in School of Business of Cardiff University, UK in 2000. He is also the academician of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). Now he is the director of Institute of Finance and Trade Economy, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). He is also the independent director of Huaxia Bank Co., Ltd.,Shanghai Industrial Development Co.,Ltd., and Yantai Wanhua Polyurethanes Co., Ltd.. His expertise is in financial economics and financial tax policy analysis.
