Meng Xiaosu is renowned as the godfather of Chinese real estate industry,he is currently the board Chairman of China National Real Estate Development Group Corporation and Happy Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Meng held a doctoral degree in economics from Peking University,and received the special allowance from the state council .He was once the secretary of the former Vice prime minister Wan Li.
