新华网7月28日电 据英国《太阳报》报道，切尔西主帅穆里尼奥将报价3000万英镑求购曼联球星鲁尼。穆里尼奥表示，直到转会市场关闭的最后一刻，切尔西仍然会全力以赴追求鲁尼。
他说：“切尔西俱乐部在工资、收入和支出方面都处于非常好的平衡状态。俱乐部仍愿意投资一位价值2000万英镑、2500万英镑或者3000万英镑的球员，俱乐部已经做好准备，这不会打破我们的财政平衡。”
“我们需要先出售一些球员？不、不、不，我们根本不需要。”
为了避免引起曼联的不满情绪，穆里尼奥并没有提及鲁尼的名字。但他坚称27岁的锋线杀手是切尔西夏季转会市场的唯一目标。因此，当他谈论转会市场时，只能和鲁尼有关系。

Mourinho did not mention Rooney by name because he is desperate not to antagonise United.
But he maintains the 27-year-old is his ONLY target this summer.
So when he talks transfers he must be talking about Rooney!
Like when asked if Chelsea could afford to splash 50m on a forward, Mourinho replied cryptically: “The striker I want doesn t cost 50m, doesn t cost 40m.”
And when quizzed over whether he could do business on September 2, when the transfer window shuts, he added: “That s why it is open.”
So Blues are resigned to a slow stalking game with United, who are unlikely to sell their star before Chelsea visit Old Trafford on August 26 — just a week before the window closes.
