Chinese businessman and philanthropist Chen Guangbiao has donated 10 million yuan to the Beijing SmileAngel Children's Hospital, following a public exchange with motorcycle entrepreneur Zhang Xue over a promised Rolls-Royce.
"I fully respect Zhang's wishes," Chen wrote in a post. "I will continue to support Li Yapeng's charitable work in every way possible. Our commitment to public welfare comes from gratitude to society and our times — to encourage innovation, progress, kindness, and dignity."
据陈光标晒出的汇款单显示，汇款金额为1000万元，收款人姓名为北京市朝阳区嫣然天使儿童医院。
The donation, confirmed by a remittance slip posted by Chen on Sunday, was made after Zhang failed to take delivery of the luxury car. Chen said he liquidated the vehicle and redirected the proceeds to the hospital, which was founded by actor Li Yapeng.

The public exchange began on April 1, when Chen offered Zhang a 13-million-yuan Rolls-Royce, saying he was moved by Zhang's rise from "nothing" to breaking the decades-long dominance of foreign manufacturers in the World Superbike Championship (WSBK) middleweight class.
对此，张雪社交平台回应，“那我收了，顺便招募一位附近的2手车商（信任度权威的）上门8折收了，然后把款捐赠给嫣然天使，我们就委屈点还用面包车接客户。”
