明日冬至，又到了最冷的隆冬，为考研奋斗许久的人也将在周末迎来这场“最后的战役”。
不知不觉中，考研已成为每年全国上下都会关心的事，也许是社会对学历的要求越来越高，让人们感受到了压力，又或许这些努力备考的人，只是单纯地想读书，想念、或向往这个名为校园的地方。
几乎每年考研季都会有这样“特殊”的考研人登上热搜，在山东理工大学考研教室里自习的人，经常能看到李女士带着5岁的儿子在教室复习，虽然已算比较听话的孩子多少让她的学习效率低了些，但她还是坚持了下来，很多研友表示李女士是他们考研路上的榜样。
同一天上热搜的还有图中这位“跑腿小哥”，拍摄视频的人发现他正在电动车上看考研书籍，视频拍摄者用质疑地语气问他：“你还考研呢？”，小哥也只是淡定地回答：“准备还可以，试试呗，今年不行明年再来，干啥事都要有个好心态！”
除了这些“特殊”的考研人，每一个曾在图书馆奋战至深夜的考研人都和他们一样，拥有着非常可贵的精神。所以小U想对所有努力坚持到最后的小伙伴们说，努力这件事，无论结果如何，你付出的点滴都不会被抹杀掉。
最后这两天的复习虽依然重要，但为了保证考试时能发挥出最佳水准，小编建议考生们首先要保证自己有良好的身体和精神状态。作息尽量按照考试的时间来调整，晚上不要熬夜，如果因为紧张而难以入睡的话，可以尝试在睡前一小时喝杯温热的牛奶，入睡前闻一闻苹果的香气，尽量不想会让大脑兴奋起来的事，更不要使用手机，手机的光线会影响人体分泌褪黑激素，很容易导致失眠哦。
考试前一天一定检查好所有考试必备物品，准考证提前打印好，以免因遇到打印店临时关门或派对等状况，从而影响考试。这两天尽量饮食清淡，少吃油腻的东西，也要尽量避免喝咖啡等刺激神经的饮料，小编非常希望大家都不会遇到腹痛、腹泻、睡不着这样糟心的情况，但这主要还是得靠你们自己的小心谨慎。
虽说从小父母和老师都不鼓励临时抱佛脚的行为，可对于没有复习到位的小伙伴来说，最后两天的时间也不能“坐以待毙”。巩固已复习过的内容是重点中的重点，在巩固之余，有用的干货还是能背多少就背多少，说不定考试就用上了呢？
