Daddy Pig's Old Chair
猪爸爸的旧椅子！

猪爸爸到底有多迷糊呢？
淘气的猪妈妈偷偷把爸爸心爱的旧椅子在爱心义卖中捐出去了。而猪爸爸则以为自己在活动中幸运地找到了“另一张”旧椅子相配的椅子。

The school roof has a hole in it.
学校屋顶上有一个洞
"We are going to have a jumble sale," announces Madame Gazelle.
“我们将举办一个杂物义卖活动，”瞪羚夫人宣布。
"The money we raise will pay for a new roof." Everybody has to bring something to sell.
“我们筹集到的钱将用来建造一个新的屋顶。” 每个人都得带些东西卖。

Later, Peppa is in her bedroom choosing a toy to give to the jumble sale.
回家后，佩奇在她的卧室里选择要义卖的玩具。
"Mr Dinosaur!" she decides.
“恐龙先生！” 她决定。
Everybody gasps and George bursts into tears.
每个人都倒抽了一口气，乔治放声大哭。
"You can't give away Mr Dinosaur." says Mummy Pig.
“你不能卖掉恐龙先生。” 猪妈妈说。

"Why don't you give your old jack-in-the-box?" suggests Daddy Pig.
“为什么你不选择你盒子里的旧玩具杰克呢？”猪爸爸建议说。
"Oh, ok," agrees Peppa.
“哦，可以，”佩奇同意了。
"Now it's your turn Daddy. What are you going to give?"
“现在轮到你了爸爸。你会给什么呢？”

Daddy Pig is not sure.
猪爸爸不确定。
" What about your old squeaky chair?" suggests Peppa helpfully.
“你那把吱吱响的旧椅子怎么样呢？” 佩奇给出很有用的建议。
"But it's very old and valuable," says Daddy Pig.
“但它是非常古老而有价值的，”猪爸爸说。
"Hee hee," says Mummy Pig. "You found it on a rubbish tip!"
“嘻嘻，”猪妈妈说， “你是在垃圾堆里发现的它！”

When Madame Gazelle arrives in her truck, Mummy Pig, Peppa and George give her everything to take to the jumble sale.
当瞪羚夫人开着她的卡车到达时，猪妈妈，佩奇和乔治把所有要义卖的东西给了她。
Naughty Mummy Pig gives her Daddy's squeaky chair too.
淘气的猪妈妈把猪爸爸吱呀作响的椅子也给了出去。
"Daddy Pig will never notice," she whispers to Peppa.
“猪爸爸不会发现的，”她低声对佩奇说。

It is the day of the jumble sale.
这天是义卖的日子。
There are lots of things to buy.
义卖现场有很多东西可以买。
Mummy Pig wants to buy some fruit and vegetables.
猪妈妈想买水果和蔬菜。
Daddy Pig wants to buy a chocolate cake.
猪爸爸想买一个巧克力蛋糕。

"Peppa," says Miss Rabbit.
“佩奇，”兔子小姐说。
"How about buying this chair? It's a bit of rubbish but you can chop it up and use it for firewood."
“买这把椅子怎么样？它看上去有点像垃圾，但是你可以把它砍掉，用来当柴烧。”
"But Daddy says it's very old and worth lots of money!" says Peppa.
“但爸爸说，这是非常古老的，值很多钱！” 佩奇说。

All peppa's friends have given something to the jumble sale.
佩奇所有的朋友都给杂物义卖活动捐了东西。
Suzy has given her nurse's outfit.
苏西给出了她的护士服。
Pedro has given his balloon and Candy has given her skipping rope.
佩德罗给出了他的气球，凯蒂给出了她的跳绳。

"I will miss my jack-in-the-box," sighs Peppa.
“我会想念我的玩具杰克的，”佩帕叹息道。
"I will miss playing at nurses," says Suzy sadly.
“我会想念穿着它扮演小护士的，”苏西悲伤地说。
Peppa's friends all think they will miss their toys.
佩奇的朋友们都觉得他们会想念自己的玩具。
so they buy them back again.
因此他们又把自己的玩具买回来了。

"Look what I've bought!" snorts Daddy Pig.
“看看我买了什么！” 猪爸爸哼着。
"It's an antique chair to match my old one!"
“这是一个古董椅子，和我的旧椅子很配！”
"Oh Daddy Pig!" laughs Mummy Pig.
“哦，猪爸爸！” 猪妈妈笑了。
"It matches your old one because it is your old one!" snorts Peppa.
“它和你的旧的很配，因为它就是你那把旧的！” 佩奇哼哼着。

"But Miss Rabbit has just charged me lots of money for it!" says poor Daddy Pig.
“但是兔子小姐刚刚收了我很多钱！” 可怜的猪爸爸说。
"Fantastic news!" says Madame Gazelle.
“好消息！” 瞪羚女士说。
"We have just raised all the money we need for a new school roof!"
“我们刚刚筹到了建造屋顶需要的所有资金！”
"Hooray!" everybody cheers.
“万岁！” 大家欢呼。
