缠枝纹是瓷器装饰的纹样之一,因其图案花枝缠转不断,故称缠枝纹。构图机理是以波状线与切圆线相组合,作二方连续或四方连续展开,再在切圆空间中或波线上缀以花卉,并点以叶子,形成枝莲缠绕的缠枝纹。缠枝纹兴起在宋代,元、明、清三代盛行缠枝纹,多作主题装饰出现。此器端庄典雅,质朴古拙,刚中带柔。胎体精细,重量较轻,修胎一丝不苟,厚薄均匀,是少见的仿永宣青花大器。釉面光亮莹润,青花发色浓重艳丽,色调深蓝,为了体现永、宣青花的特点,以较浓的青花料在纹饰上刻意点染,但这些斑点漂浮于釉面。
