LOCATION:Remote 4 days a week, 1 day a week in office in downtown Shanghai

We are currently looking for a Content Creator with a strong visual aesthetic to join our Split Works team. We are interested to hear from creators that have a passion for a variety of music genres and know-how to make creative and attractive digital content plus understand the concept of virality.
This position demands that candidates are native Mandarin speakers who possess a high degree of mastery of this language.
Our team is made up of young & passionate problem-solvers, and we’re constantly looking for new and unconventional ways to bring music to China.

Responsibilities:
- Conceive, generate, edit and publish high quality video/graphic content across Split Works & artist service clients’ media platforms that build meaningful connections and active engagements with audiences.
- Ensure that our brands and clients speak with a relevant, credible and attractive voice across all social media and digital platforms
To be successful, you will require:
- Native mandarin, good working command of English
- A genuine love for music
- Decent video production skills - Final Cut Pro / Adobe Premiere / Jian Ying / etc.
- The ability to conceive attractive video plans and execute the final result
- Decent graphic design skills - Photoshop / Illustrator / etc.
- Creative, varied and unique artistic / aesthetic taste to attract a variety of audiences.
- Prefer 1 - 2 years' experience in a role creating successful video/graphic content
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude, customer-focused with ability to multi-task
