"If you’ve got some excess cash, and you can earn 4.5% or more short-term with virtually no risk — state tax-free for most folks — that’s a no-brainer all of us should be doing," he said.他说:“如果你有一些多余的现金,你可以在几乎没有风险的情况下获得4.5%或更高的短期收益——对大多数人来说是免税的——这是我们所有人都应该做的事。”

Roccato also referenced companies that have great cash flow such as Apple, Chevron and Verizon, as well as non-USA stocks such as BP and Nestle.罗卡托还提到了苹果、雪佛龙和威瑞森等拥有大量现金流的公司,以及英国石油和雀巢等非美国股票。

Roccato explained that he likes to use the "barbell strategy" to keep a diversified and balanced portfolio.罗卡托解释说,他喜欢使用“杠铃策略”来保持投资组合的多元化和平衡。
