2022年8月，四川大学华西医院在Frontiers in Immunology（IF7.3003/二区）上在线发表题为“Identification of m6A modification patterns and development of m6A-hypoxia prognostic signature to characterize tumor microenvironment in triple-negative breast cancer”（三阴性乳腺癌中m6A修饰模式的鉴定和m6A-缺氧预后标志的发展来表征肿瘤微环境）的论文。
