封面解读
本封面展示了用于航空航天难加工材料高效精密加工的特种能场辅助机械加工技术。轻量化、高可靠、长寿命是航空航天装备的发展趋势,这促进了难加工材料和结构的大量应用。传统机械加工是航空航天零部件的主要材料去除工艺,但在加工高强、高韧、高硬、各向异性、非均质性等难加工材料以及薄壁、微细等难加工结构方面,单一传统机械加工方法面临材料去除效率低、表面完整性难保障等问题。
封面文章选取特种能场辅助机械加工代表性技术之一,激光辅助切削加工。采用激光辐照待加工区域工件材料,降低材料的性能或诱导材料变质成为易切削层,提升了材料的切削加工性,进而采用传统机械加工方法将材料去除。该复合加工技术可大幅度降低切削力,显著提升材料去除效率和刀具寿命,满足难加工材料高效精密加工需求,有力支撑航空航天装备创新发展。
