基于文献计量学的烟草病毒研究知识图谱分析

Knowledge mapping analysis of tobacco virus research based on bibliometrics

【摘要】【目的】挖掘并整理烟草病毒领域的发展脉络和整体研究框架,为烟草病毒病害防控的创新与突破提供参考。【方法】采用CiteSpace等文献计量学工具对中国知网和WebofScience两个数据库中的烟草病毒文献从论文发文量、国家/地区分布、主题知识图谱等维度进行数据分析,挖掘烟草病毒领域的研究特点。【结果】(1)本领域整体发文量呈增长趋势,美国与中国发文量占优势地位。其中中国发文量增速最快,特别是近3年发文量占比超总量(中、英文文献总和)的6成。(2)国外研究主题比较侧重于对病毒感染过程、发病机理等方面。国内研究则更关注病毒防治方法、病毒检测方面的内容。(3)本领域热点研究方向为:烟草病毒病害调查、烟草病毒致病机制研究、抗病毒分子筛选与合成、抗病毒烟草品种选育、病毒检测方法开发等。

【Abstract】[Objective] This paper aims to explore the development lineage and overall research framework in the field of tobacco viruses, with a view to providing references for innovation and breakthroughs in the prevention and control of tobacco virus diseases. [Methods] Bibliometric tools such as CiteSpace were used to analyze the data of tobacco virus literature in databases of CNKI and Web of Science. This analysis covered dimensions such as the number of publications, country/region distribution, and thematic knowledge maps, thus unveiling the research characteristics of the tobacco virus domain. [Results] (1) The overall publication volume in this field is on the srise, with the United States and China dominating in terms of number of articles. In particular, China has shown the fastest growth in publication growth rate, especially in the last three years, where the number of publications accounted for more than 60% of the total volume (sum of Chinese and English publications). (2) Foreign research topics mainly focus on the virus infection process and pathogenesis, while Chinese studies are more concerned with virus control methods and virus detection. (3) Hot research directions in this field include tobacco virus disease investigation, tobacco virus pathogenic mechanism, antiviral agents screening and synthesis, breeding of antiviral tobacco varieties, and development of virus detection methods.

基于响应面-主成分分析法优化再造烟叶表面改性膜材料的配方研究

Optimization of formula of reconstituted tobacco surface modified membrane material by response surface and principal component analysis method

【摘要】【背景和目的】针对加热卷烟用再造烟叶吸湿性过强的问题,克服其在制丝、卷包以及贮存过程中易吸潮的缺陷,确保其耐加工性以及感官质量的稳定性。【方法】以壳聚糖、石蜡、黄原胶为配方组分,在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面-主成分分析法优化膜材料配方,开发出具有适中疏水性的膜材料涂布液,用于再造烟叶表面疏水改性。【结果】优化得到膜材料配方为:壳聚糖、石蜡和黄原胶的涂布量分别为0.6 g/m2、1.5 g/m2、1.6 g/m2,在此条件下制得改性再造烟叶的接触角87.542°、吸湿率10.98%、放湿率2.16%、感官质量得分87分。相比于传统再造烟叶,改性后再造烟叶的吸湿率和放湿率均显著降低,感官质量基本保持,抗张强度有所提升,再造烟叶的综合性能得到明显改善。

【Abstract】Targeting the problem of high moisture absorption characteristic of reconstituted tobacco used for heated cigarette, aiming at overcoming the defects of easy moisture absorption in cigarette making, packaging and storage, ensuring processing resistance and stability of sensory quality, we used chitosan, paraffin and xanthan gum as the formulation components to develop one membrane material coating with moderate hydrophobicity used in the surface hydrophobic modification of reconstituted tobacco. Based on the single factor experiment, the response surface and principal component analysis method were carried out to optimize the coating formula. The results are as follows: the optimized coating masses of chitosan, paraffin and xanthan gum were 0.6 g/m2, 1.5 g/m2, and 1.6 g/m2, respectively. Under this condition, the contact angle, moisture absorption rate, moisture release rate and sensory score of modified reconstituted tobacco were 87.542°, 10.98%, 2.16%, and 87, respectively. Compared to the conventional sample, the moisture absorption rate and release rate of modified reconstituted tobacco decreased significantly, while the sensory quality remained and the tensile strength rose greatly, indicating that the comprehensive characteristics were enhanced significantly.

组合赋权法在卷烟机综合性能评价中应用

Application on combined weighting method in the comprehensive performance evaluation of cigarette equipment

【摘要】【目的】客观准确地评价卷烟机设备性能,从质量水平、消耗水平和效能水平3个维度出发,构建设备综合性能评价指标体系和组合赋权评价模型。【方法】利用最大熵原理给出最优组合系数和方案评价计算步骤。开展Topsis方法、层次分析法、熵值法和组合赋权法在卷烟机设备综合性能评价的实例分析和比较工作。【结果】4种方法具有显著正相关关系,评价结果满足一致性。组合赋权法与其他评价方法相比具有最优组合系数和误差平方和小优势。

【Abstract】[Objective] This study aims to objectively and accurately evaluate the performance of cigarette equipment, and a comprehensive equipment performance evaluation index system and a combination assignment evaluation model are constructed from three perspectives of quality level, consumption level and efficiency level. [Methods] The optimal combination coefficients and program evaluation calculation steps are given by using the maximum entropy principle. An example analysis and comparison of the Topsis method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP), entropy method, and combined weighting method were used to comprehensively evaluate the performance of cigarette equipment. [Results and conclusion] The four methods have a high significantly positive correlation and the evaluation results meet consistency. The combined weighting method has advantages over other evaluation methods in terms of optimal combination coefficients and smaller sum of squared errors.

普通烟草KCS基因家族的鉴定及非生物胁迫表达模式分析

Genome-wide Identification and Analysis of KCS Gene Family in Nicotiana tabacum under Abiotic Stress

【摘要】【目的】为探究烟草KCS基因在非生物胁迫下所起的作用。【方法】采用生物信息学方法对烟草KCS基因进行系统进化、共线性和表达模式等分析。【结果】从普通烟草中鉴定出41个KCS基因;拟南芥和新鉴定的烟草KCS基因可划分为8个亚组,大部分亚组均含拟南芥和烟草成员;10个NtKCS成员源自全基因组复制事件,NtKCS10和NtKCS11是AtKCS02的同源基因,可能具有相似的生物学功能;普通烟草KCS基因启动子含多个与胁迫相关的顺式作用元件,其成员的表达具有一定的组织特异性;在盐和干旱胁迫下,NtKCS09、NtKCS11和NtKCS16表达量均有提高,可能参与烟草胁迫响应等信号传导过程。【结论】本研究对普通烟草KCS家族成员进行了系统的鉴定与分析,为深入研究烟草KCS家族基因的生物学功能奠定理论基础。

【Abstract】[Purpose] Beta-ketoacyl-CoA synthetase (KCS) is a key enzyme that regulates plant fatty acid synthesis and plays an important role in plant growth, development and in response to biological/abiotic stresses. However, theKCSgene in tobacco has not been reported yet. To investigate the role of the tobaccoKCSgene under abiotic stress, this study conducted research on the tobaccoKCSgene family. [Methods] Bioinformatics methods were employed in this study to analyze phylogenetic evolution, collinearity, and expression patterns ofKCSgenes. [Results] A total of 41KCSgenes were identified in the tobacco genome. The newly identified tobaccoKCSgenes and those fromArabidopsis thalianacould be divided into eight subgroups, most of which included members from bothArabidopsis thalianaand tobacco. A total of 10NtKCSmembers originated from genome-wide replication events, andNtKCS10andNtKCS11are homologous toAtKCS02, suggesting they may perform similar biological functions. TheNtKCSgene promoter contains numerous stress-related cis-elements, and their expression shows tissue specificity, with most members showing increased expression under drought and salt stress, suggestingNtKCSmembers may play a role in tobacco’s stress response signal transduction. [Conclusion] In this study, theKCSgene family members in tobacco were systematically identified and analyzed. These results provide a theoretical basis for further exploring the biological functions of the tobaccoKCSgene family.

基于随机森林模型与SHAP算法的渝东北烟区土壤交换酸含量影响因素分析研究

The analysis of influencing factors of soil exchangeable acidity content in northeast Chongqing’s tobacco area using random forest model and SHAP algorithm

【摘要】【背景和目的】土壤交换酸含量在农业生产中对于指导施肥和调节土壤pH具有重要作用,研究环境因子(气候、地形、成土母岩)和种植年限对土壤交换酸(Exchangeable Acidity, EA)含量的影响。【方法】以重庆市东北烟区为研究区,对该区中483个采样点的土壤交换酸数据进行统计分析,构建随机森林(Random Forest, RF)模型并结合Shapley Additive exPlanations(SHAP)算法,探讨影响土壤交换酸含量的主控因素。【结果】(1)研究区土壤交换酸含量在1.56~27.50 cmol/kg之间,与降水、日照时数、坡向、种植年限呈极显著负相关性。二叠系石灰岩发育的土壤交换酸含量显著高于三叠系石灰岩发育的土壤。(2)RF模型可解释土壤交换酸含量空间变异的64%,影响因子对土壤交换酸含量的重要性为气候>成土母岩>种植年限>地形。(3)SHAP算法揭示了土壤交换酸含量在不同气候条件下存在明显的阈值效应。当年均降水量、日照时数和均温分别超过1250 mm、1290 h和12℃时,会导致土壤交换酸含量的减少,反之则会促使其增加。【结论】气候是影响土壤交换酸含量变异最重要的环境因素,其中降水和日照时数是最重要的气候因子,研究结果可为烟田土壤酸化管理调控提供参考。

【Abstract】[Background] Exchangeable acidity content is crucial for guiding fertilizer application and regulating soil pH in agricultural practices. This paper aims to clarify the effects of environmental factors (climate, topography, and parent materials) and planting years on soil exchangeable acidity (EA) content. [Methods] In this paper, the soil exchangeable acidity data of 483 sampling points in the northeast tobacco area of Chongqing were statistically analyzed. The random forest (RF) model was constructed and combined with Shapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) algorithm to explore the main controlling factors affecting soil EA content. [Results] (1) In the study area, the EA content ranged from 1.56–27.50 cmol/kg and showed a significant negative correlation with precipitation, sunshine duration, slope direction, and planting duration. The EA content was significantly higher in soils developed from Permian limestone than that in soils developed from Triassic limestone. (2) The RF model accounted for 64% of the spatial variation in EA content. The influence of environmental factors on EA content was: climatic factors > parent materials > planting years > topography. (3) The SHAP algorithm indicated that soil EA content had an obvious threshold effect under different climatic conditions. When average annual precipitation, sunshine hours and mean temperature exceeded 1250 mm, 1290 h and 12 ℃, respectively, soil EA content decreased. [Conclusion] Climate is the predominant environmental factor influencing soil EA variation, with precipitation and sunshine duration being the most influential variables soil EA. The research results can provide reference for the management and regulation of soil acidification in tobacco fields.
