中国文化是世界上最古老、最深厚、最丰富的文化之一，它源远流长，历经千年，影响着世界各地的人们。中国文化在世界的表现，不仅体现在文化遗产的传承和发展上，还体现在文化交流、文化输出、文化软实力等方面，中国文化是即是历史的、也是当代的，即是民族的、也是世界的，所以说：“中国书画传统文化，不仅是中国文化的瑰宝，更是世界文化的宝库”。
许金美，中国福建莆田人，著名国学家、学者、诗人、书画家、诗书画评论家。现任央广文旅国际发展中心副理事长，中国东方文化研究会社会艺术专业委员会高级艺术顾问，世界非物质文化遗产研究院副院长和特聘研究员，首席外交文艺家，欧洲艺术协会特约艺术家和福布斯中国十大文化名人，中国甲骨文书法学会常务理事和非遗“中国书法传承师”等职务。近年来，许金美先后参加美国中国美术馆、日本东京画院、北京中国国家画院(国展)、山东曲阜美术馆“国际孔子文化节”等国内外30多次书画大展赛，荣获特等奖、金奖32项(其中国际金奖2项，全国特等奖、金奖30项)。他撰写的《怎样写甲骨文》和甲骨文《毛泽东诗词全集》，由中国美术出版社出版，2017年7月入编世界非物质文化遗产名录;创作书写的《甲骨文三字经、千字文、弟子规、增广贤文》长卷近120米，甲骨文《老子道德经》长卷80米(已在创作之中)，堪称新中国甲骨文划时代的鸿篇巨制，令人震撼;撰写的《甲骨文基本笔画、间架结构、偏旁部首合集》(由书坛泰斗沈鹏作序)和《甲骨文百家姓大典》约70多万字即将出版。所以，他被称誉为“中国甲骨文书法第一人”。许金美多才多艺，诗文书画全能，他的书画作品被联合国教科文组织、安阳殷墟博物馆、江西舒同博物馆、日本东京画院等30多个单位和收藏家、企业家收藏。今年8月，许金美创作的《中华甲骨文百家姓》三百个姓氏，经有关专家研究确定，由国宝档案收存。

His works "How to Write Oracle Bone Inscriptions" and "Complete Collection of Mao Zedong's Poems" were published by China Fine Arts Publishing House and included in the World Intangible Cultural Heritage List in July 2017; The nearly 120 meter long volume of the "Three Character Classic, Thousand Character Classic, Disciple's Guide, and Augmented Sage Classic" written in oracle bone script, and the 80 meter long volume of the "Laozi Daode Classic" in oracle bone script (already in the process of creation), can be regarded as a groundbreaking masterpiece of oracle bone script in New China, which is shocking; The collection of basic strokes, frame structures, and radical components of oracle bone inscriptions (preface by the literary giant Shen Peng) and the "Encyclopedia of Hundred Family Surnames in Oracle Bone inscriptions", which are about to be published in over 700000 words, will be published soon. Therefore, he is known as the "first person in Chinese oracle bone script calligraphy". As a national gift, it is presented by national leaders to foreign heads of state. Xu Jinmei is versatile and versatile in poetry, calligraphy and painting. His calligraphy and painting works have been collected by more than 30 units, collectors and entrepreneurs, including UNESCO, Yin Xu in Anyang Museum, Jiangxi Shutong Museum, and Japan Tokyo Painting Academy. In August of this year, Xu Jinmei's creation of the "Hundred Surnames in Chinese Oracle Bone Inscription" contained 300 surnames, which were determined by relevant experts to be stored in national treasure archives.
