The PS3120A is a low noise switched capacitorvoltage doubler. It produces a regulated outputvoltage from a 2.7V to 4.5V input. Low externalparts count (one flying capacitor and two smallbypass capacitors at VIN and VOUT) make thePS3120A ideally suited for small,battery-powered applications.

The PS3120A have thermal shutdowncapability and can survive a continuous shortcircuit from VOUT to GND. A low current
shutdown feature disconnects the load from VINand reduces quiescent current to <1μA.
The PS3120A is available in the industrystandard SOT-23-6L power packages.
