SK hynix（SK海力士）近日在SK AI Summit 2024活动透露其正在开发HBM3e 16hi产品，每颗HBM芯片容量为48GB，预计在2025年上半年送样。根据TrendForce集邦咨询最新研究，这款新产品的潜在应用包括CSP（云端服务业者）自行研发的ASIC和general purpose GPU（通用型GPU），有望在HBM4世代量产前，提早于HBM3e世代推升位元容量上限。
