2024年11月16日，第33届中国建筑学会室内设计分会年会在山东济南隆重开幕。年会以“守正创新”为主题，汇聚了业界顶尖力量。盛裕集团成员企业B+H建筑事务所合伙人林建可在其论坛上以“国际品牌企业室内空间塑造的传承与发展”为主题展开演讲。
On November 16, 2024, the 33rd Annual Conference of the Institute of Interior Design of the Architectural Society of China opened grandly in Jinan, Shandong. The theme of the annual conference is "Integrity and Innovation", it gather top industry experts and scholars from around the world. Coco Lin, a partner of B+H Architects, a member company of SJ Group, gave a speech on the theme of "Inheritance and Development: Interior Space for International Enterprises" on the forum.

“传承与发展是一个世界性的命题。不仅中国的文化、中国的企业面临着传承与发展的挑战，许多国际公司在其海外的设施也需要彰显其品牌文化的独特DNA，同时还要体现其现代性与在地文化的融合, ”林建可如是说。
"Inheritance and development are a global issue, both Chinese culture and the localization of enterprises face this challenge. Looking around the world, when many enterprises land overseas, they not only need to highlight the unique DNA of their brand culture, but also needs to be localized,” Coco Lin said.

除了与在场嘉宾们共同探讨如何通过室内空间塑造来传达“传承与发展”的设计理念外，林建可女士还分享了一些B+H为全球著名企业的中国区办公场所、科研和医疗机构等空间，提供的室内设计解决方案，包括：安踏集团斐乐广场，阿斯利康园区， 上海和睦家医院静安院区规划改造。丰富展现了盛裕集团成员企业B+H建筑事务所，深根中国多年的前瞻性与专业性。同期，盛裕集团成员企业B+H被中国建筑学会聘为《室内空间设计资料集》第六册（医疗建筑）参编单位。
Besides discussing how her team expressed the design concept of "inheritance and development" through interior space design with the guests. Coco also shared some of the interior design solutions for office, scientific research and medical institutions of some famous global companies, include: FILA Square, ANTA Sports Products Group Co.,Ltd, AstraZeneca Campus Phase Three, Shanghai United Family Hospital Jingan Campus (LTU) Planning and Renovation. These works richly demonstrate the professionalism of B+H Architects, a member company of SJ Group, which has been deeply rooted in China for many years. During the same period, B+H, a member company of SJ Group, was hired by the Architectural Society of China as a participating unit of the "Interior Space Design Collection" Volume Six (Healthcare Architecture).

2024年11月17日，由筑医台联合国内外众多一流设计机构共同发起的“第七届中国医疗建筑设计年会暨高质量医疗建筑产品技术展”（简称HADE 2024）在南京国际展览中心圆满闭幕。盛裕集团成员企业B+H建筑师事务所高级董事及资深项目经理陈祺受邀参与于16日举办的，“增量与存量并重，未来医院建设市场趋势探讨”研讨会。
On November 17, 2024, the 7th Annual Conference of China Healthcare Architecture Design and High-Quality Healthcare Architecture Product Technology Exhibition, co-organized by Zhuyitai and many first-class design institutions abroad, concluded successfully at the Nanjing International Exhibition Center. Lehman Chen, Senior Associate and Senior Project Manager of B+H Architects, a member company of SJ Group, was invited to participate in discussions on " Future hospital construction market trends in an era where increment and stock coexist”.

研讨会以当今医疗建设趋于饱和的现状下，行业如何突破困境，开展新业务为研讨主线。专家团分享了其对于将非医疗建筑改造成医疗功能的经验与建议，并就新建医疗建筑如何实现建筑的弹性和韧性来应对未来医疗模式与技术的发展，和市区内医疗建筑的更新与改造面临的挑战等话题展开了深入探讨，寻求最佳解决方案。
The seminar focused on how the industry can break through difficulties and develop new businesses under the current situation where healthcare architecture is becoming saturated. The expert group shared their experience and suggestions on transforming non-healthcare architectures into healthcare functions. They discussed how new healthcare buildings can achieve architectural flexibility to cope with the development of future healthcare models and technologies and seek the best solutions for the challenges of healthcare buildings renovation in downtown city.

“We have a professional design team that integrates architecture and interiors, which can better adapt to the particularities of renovation healthcare projects in the stock era. By integrating the existing building status and medical procedures needs, we can effectively allocate and convert functions, deeply explore the spatial limits of the original building, and create an efficient, warm, and healing healthcare environment,” Lehman Chen shared.
