联合国妇女署中国办公室现招募一名National Legal Consultant。

在EVAW项目分析师的指导和监督下，顾问将负责监督项目中与反家暴司法服务相关的活动，包括对所有知识产品、培训材料和社区拓展材料的法律审查，确保其符合国家及国际反家暴法律和规定的要求。顾问还将协助“一站式反家暴服务中心”的设计，确保其合规性和隐私性，并为法官、执法人员和社会工作者提供培训和建议。此外，顾问将参与制定法律合规性指南，并编写相关报告，总结项目的合规情况并提出建议，确保项目在实施过程中严格遵循相关法律和政策。

技能和经验：

Education and certification：

  • Master degree in Law or Juris Doctor with a focus on human rights, family law, or criminal justice.

  • A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in legal consultancy, particularly in domestic violence or gender-responsive justice.

  • Demonstrated experience with justice sector projects and designing survivor-centered services.

  • Proven track record of reviewing and advising on legal documentation for non-profit or UN initiatives. Excellent analytical skills with strong drive for results and capacity to work independently.

  • Excellent Chinese communication and writing skills;

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Chinese is required;

  • Knowledge of the other UN official working languages is an asset;
