自2009年7月担任BBC中文总监，主管BBC的中文内容制作及市场拓展业务。此前，他担任BBC国际台中国及北亚区业务发展总监，负责制订和推行BBC国际台有关中国及周边国家和地区的业务发展策略，及统筹和协调在有关地区的媒体合作项目。1999年他担任那BBC中文网首任主编。李文1991年加入BBC制作广播节目，1994年成为BBC粤语组主编。

Head of Chinese, BBC World Service
Raymond Li was appointed Head of BBC Chinese in July 2009. Before then he was BBC World Service’s Head of Business Development for China and North Asia, based in Hong Kong, responsible for business development strategies and content partnership with leading media organizations in syndication partnerships with leading Chinese websites. He was also the launch editor of BBC’s Chinese language site in 1999. Raymond joined the BBC as a radio producer in 1991, and then became the Editor of Cantonese Section in 1994.
