The refurbished WYBOROWA PERNOD RICARD office, nestled in Warsaw’s prestigious Lumen building, is a collaborative masterpiece by mode:lina™, JLL, and Muniak/JFM. More than just a workspace upgrade, it weaves the company’s core values—teamwork, convivialité, and sustainability—into every corner. The design balances functionality for hybrid work with creative warmth, turning the office into a space that feels both professional and welcoming, as if extending the brand’s spirit of hospitality beyond its alcohol portfolio.

The reception area sets the tone with a blend of modernity and craftsmanship. Crystal-clear glass bricks and silver wavy metal (evoking ice cubes) shine, framed by natural oak and brushed steel—subtle nods to the brand’s distilling heritage. Adjacent, a mini waiting area with plush sofas and lush greenery in sculptural planters, finished with brick-red tiles, feels like a cozy lounge. Two-tone grey terrazzo floors follow the building’s curves, guiding visitors while adding an elegant touch, making the first impression of the office both memorable and aligned with the brand’s identity.

接待区以现代感与工艺感奠定整体基调。通透的玻璃砖与银色波浪金属（让人联想到冰块）相互映衬，再以天然橡木与拉丝钢材勾勒轮廓 —— 这些细节都是对品牌蒸馏传统的巧妙致敬。旁边的小型等候区摆放着柔软沙发，雕塑式花盆中绿植繁茂，砖红色瓷砖点缀其间，宛如舒适的休闲客厅。双色灰色水磨石地板顺着建筑曲线延伸，既引导访客动线，又增添优雅质感，让办公室的第一印象既深刻又贴合品牌特质。

The bar is the office’s showstopper, embodying openness and hospitality. Its centerpiece is a suspended circular copper-colored wavy metal ceiling, inspired by traditional distillation vats. Below, a four-meter black marble bar (veined with golden-white) takes center stage, paired with wooden half-rounds and oak cubes—some with reinforced glass showcasing the brand’s bottles. Comfortable upholstered seating, enclosed by sculptural planters, contrasts with brick-red tiles, while the two-tone terrazzo floor highlights the ceiling’s circular shape. Here, employees gather for breaks or casual meetings, turning a work space into a place of connection, just like the brand’s products bring people together.

吧台是办公室的亮点区域，完美诠释开放与待客之道。悬挂式圆形铜色波浪金属天花板是这里的视觉核心，其设计灵感源自传统蒸馏桶。下方，长达四米的黑白金纹大理石吧台占据中心位置，搭配木质半圆装饰与橡木方块 —— 部分方块装有强化玻璃，展示着品牌旗下的酒类产品。雕塑式花盆环绕着舒适的布艺座椅，与砖红色瓷砖形成对比，双色水磨石地板则凸显出天花板的圆形设计。员工们在此休息或进行非正式会议，让办公空间变成联结情感的场所，就像品牌的产品一样，总能拉近人与人的距离。

Every other space is designed to cater to diverse needs, reflecting the company’s focus on employee comfort. The Board Room, next to the bar, boasts an ergonomic table and designer chairs, with light wood perforated ceilings for great acoustics—ideal for long meetings. The kitchen (the office’s heart) features a large light wood communal table under a steel installation with plants and red light tubes (inspired by a brand’s colors), while panoramic windows offer city views. Themed conference rooms (evoking London’s underground or sunny coasts) and a quiet library ensure everyone finds a space that suits their work style, making the office inclusive and functional.

其他空间的设计均以满足多元需求为核心，体现企业对员工舒适度的重视。紧邻吧台的董事会会议室配备人体工学会议桌与设计师座椅，浅色木质穿孔天花板保障优良声学效果，非常适合长时间会议。作为办公室 “心脏” 的厨房，浅色木质大长桌上方悬挂着钢材装置，绿植与红色灯管（灵感源自某品牌色调）点缀其间，全景落地窗可俯瞰城市景色。主题会议室（设计灵感来自伦敦地铁或阳光海岸）与安静的图书室，确保每个人都能找到适配自己工作风格的空间，让办公室兼具包容性与实用性。
