Nestled in Pasak, Cherng Talay of Phuket, Celestia Villa—designed by FLAT12x—is a cluster of three luxury pool villas wrapped in lush tropical greenery. Each sits on a 650 sqm plot with 500 sqm of built space, embodying “tropical modernism” that balances exclusivity and openness. For visitors or residents, stepping into the villa feels like entering a private sanctuary: the bustling world fades away, replaced by rustling leaves, the sound of the pool, and unobstructed connections to nature—turning a vacation home into a place of calm and renewal.

Architecturally, Celestia Villa uses clean geometric volumes, split levels, and separate pavilions to organize space. Living, dining, and sleeping areas exist independently but stay connected, avoiding the stuffiness of closed layouts. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls flood interiors with daylight, framing garden and pool views while blurring indoor-outdoor boundaries. The private pool is the villa’s heart: from the living room, you can see sunlight dancing on its surface; from the shaded terrace, you can dip your feet in while enjoying tropical breezes. Deep-eaved roofs and high ceilings tackle Phuket’s heat, ensuring airflow and shade—practical designs that never compromise the villa’s elegant look.
