近来，外国年轻人流行起 一个名为“YES,BUT（是的，但是）”的“出片”挑战——通过展示精修照片背后的狼狈时刻，以此打破社交媒体平台上一贯的精致叙事。
在“YES, BUT”挑战中，网友们将两张图片进行拼接，上面的“YES”部分展示的是美好、成功的时刻；下面的“BUT”则是这个美好时刻背后的混乱和辛苦。
Tired of seeing picture-perfect lives all over social media? Apparently, so is everyone else. TikTok's "Yes, but" trend is giving those flawless posts a reality check.
The format is simple: two photos, two very different versions of the same moment. The top image is the polished "Yes"; the bottom is the decidedly less glamorous "but".
That contrast is exactly what makes the trend work — perfection on top, reality underneath.
