ØConduction of new staff orientation for newly on-boarded interns.
1.Intern Recruitment (45%)
ØAdministrative and logistic support Intern headcount controlfor every Audi China department.
Ø Communicate with intern supervisors about qualificationrequirements for desired candidates.
Ø Conduct interviews including CV screening, phone interview and face to face interview.
Ø Offer negotiation and on-boarding support.
2.Intern Management (45%)
Ø Overall management of internship program of Audi China & key contact for all interns.
Ø Support international interns in visa processing and on-boarding in China.
ØPreparation of on-boarding and off-boarding process for interns.
3.Team Event support (10%).
ØSupport Internal Communication, and other related events.

1.Bachelor:
Øor Master studies in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Ressources Management.
Øor similar studies.
2.Professional Skills:
Ø Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Photoshop & video editing skills is a plust.

2.Prepare sales contract according to each and every diplomaticsales arrangement; other issues relevant to diplomatic & VIP sales.
3.Conduct and prepare comprehensive competitors' study (i.e sales volumie, segmentation, commercial policy, etc).
4.Prepare and analyze sales KPIs (i.e sales run rate, market share,segment share, discount rate, risks & ops,etc).
5.Prepare regular (daily, weekly, monthly, etc) management reports for senior executives' review.
