据日本共同社报道,在日本各地频频熊出没的背后,捕杀后的尸体处理成为一大难题。各地尸体冷藏库纷纷爆满,来不及处理的熊尸甚至只能堆放在室外,引发居民的卫生担忧。

Authorities say the sharp rise in culling stems from increasing bear sightings in residential areas and emergency policies allowing local governments to shoot bears in urban zones. But the surge has created a new challenge: Japan now has thousands of bear carcasses with nowhere to go.

Cold-storage facilities in multiple prefectures are already full, forcing some carcasses to be kept outdoors and raising fears over hygiene, odor, and public health.

按照传统方式,捕杀后的熊通常会被送往焚烧厂处置,或就地挖坑掩埋。然而,挖掘深坑所需的大量体力劳动,对忙碌的猎人而言是沉重的负担。即使完成掩埋,当地居民仍经常抱怨异味难闻,且其他动物可能会刨挖遗骸,导致后续麻烦不断。

若采用焚烧处理,则需耗费大量时间精力对熊尸进行拆解,才能作为一般垃圾送往焚烧厂处置。此外,由于焚烧设施每日可处理的动物尸体数量有限,无法及时处理的尸体只能暂存于冷藏室中。以往,冷藏室中存放的动物尸体数量极少,但今年却出现了冷藏室爆满的现象。

Traditionally, bears are buried orincinerated, but digging deep pits is labor-intensive and often leads to odor complaints, while incineration requires dismantling the carcasses first and facilities can only process limited numbers each day, resulting in a growing backlog.

日本一家野味餐厅的老板透露,随熊患新闻频出,熊肉料理的热度上升

据媒体报道,今年71岁的猎人铃木孝二在埼玉县秩父市经营一家野味餐厅,店内供应鹿肉、野猪肉,他透露:“随着有关熊的新闻越来越多,想要尝一尝熊肉的顾客也明显增加”,还有食客吃熊肉后称很香。铃木的妻子千惠子表示,如今她经常不得不婉拒顾客,但拒绝透露生意具体增长了多少。

At the same time, Japan's food industry is seeing rising interest in bear meat amid intensified media coverage. A 71-year-old hunter in Chichibu, Saitama Prefecture, said more customers now visit specifically to "try bear meat", with some calling it surprisingly tasty.

此外,在北海道札幌市一家法式餐厅,也推出“红酒炖熊肉”等套餐,一份要价约人民币490元。据了解,尽管熊肉并非日常菜肴,但日本农村地区早有享用的习俗,政府也希望这种肉类能成为农村的创收来源。

In Sapporo, a French restaurant has even introduced dishes such as red-wine braised bear, priced at about 490 yuan.

Although not a common food in Japan, bear meat has long existed in some rural traditions, and authorities are exploring whether it could help support struggling local communities.
