欧盟于2019年10月1日发布了外置电源适配器的ERP认证新标准 EU) 2019/1782，正式替代 (EC) No 278/2009 ，并于2019年10月21日起生效，可以采纳该标准评估，更新信息如下：

Multiple voltage output external powersupplies, which are not covered by Regulation (EC) No 278/2009, are beingplaced on the Union market in increasing numbers. They should therefore be includedin the scope of the Regulation to ensure further energy savings and provide alevel playing field.
