李述开，国家注册高级书法家，男，1940年生，河北安平人，中共党员，1963年毕业于中国戏曲学院(中国戏曲研究院)。曾从事戏剧理论和戏剧刊物编辑工作，系中国戏剧家协会会员、中国戏曲学会理事。退休前任辽宁省文联《电视与戏剧》副总编。幼承家学，退休后潜心研习书法，成绩斐然。受聘中国国学学会副主席、中国当代艺术协会副主席、中国民族文化研究会诗书画艺委会名誉主席、中国书画研究院研究员、中国五体书法研究会副会长、中国名家书画院名誉院长、北京书美影画院名誉院长、中国五体书法研究会副会长、新华艺术网艺委会执行副主席、中华国礼出版社荣誉社长、宋庄艺术网艺术总监、清华大学书画艺术院名誉教授、北京大学书画艺术研究院客座教授等职务。其书法碑帖共融，自成风貌，书风朴实浑厚，大小兼擅，雅俗共赏。作品多次参加全国大赛，屡获金奖，入编多部书画典籍，荣膺“中国当代国学名家”、“中国艺术功勋人物”、“中国当代书画巨匠”、“百年中国·艺术大家”等称号。2019年受聘法兰西皇家美术学院艺术学博士、瑞典皇家艺术学院外籍院士。
