When I first smelled adurian. YUCK! Sogross. I wondered why would anyone eat that? It had such a pungent smell! But after eating it my mind was changed!

It still stinks though!

Pungent means a very strong smell or taste, sometimes in an unpleasant way. So when I said that a durian had a pungent smell I meant that it had a very strong unpleasant way.

Usually, when someone wears too muchperfumeit can be pungent to the people around them even if it smells good!

It can be too strong.
