现在，越来越多的年轻人开始患起了“中老年疾病”。其中最常见的就是痛风和腰椎间盘突出，它们正在逐渐缩小发病年龄。
就连刚刚25岁出头的郭麒麟也中招了，在他参加的某档综艺节目上，他在酒店房间里突然发病，疼痛难忍，满头大汗，躺也不是，坐也不是......十分的煎熬和难受。也吓坏了很多观众。
经过解释，才知道，郭麒麟这是痛风发作。
到底是什么原因导致越来越多的年轻人得起了“痛风”呢？非常关键的一个原因就是“饮食”。
长期的暴饮暴食、大鱼大肉、不规律饮食，很容易导致体内的尿酸代谢异常，进而诱发痛风。这也是为什么我们会说：纵欲成瘾，带来的后果很严重。科学控制食欲，也是不可忽视的。

我手臂淤青的地方还是一碰就疼。

As the swelling goes down, there will be peeling, itchy and flaky skin.
消肿的时候，皮肤会脱落，还会很痒。
I feel itchy all over.
我觉得浑身痒。

Gout is a form of arthritis caused by excess uric acid in the bloodstream.
痛风是一种由血液中过多的尿酸导致的关节炎。
Uric acid is created when the body breaks down chemicals known as purines.
当身体分解一种叫做嘌呤的化学物质的时候，就会产生尿酸。
