项目背景

据京领研究院统计,近20年来,中国国际学校数量由不足百所已增长到现在的1500余所,并且这一数字仍在持续走高。国际学校数量的增加带来了国际学校行业对高端管理人才的极大需求,“如何成为高素质专业化创新型的教育领军人才”是行业关注的热点。

校长是学校的灵魂,是学校办学方向的引领者、教育改革的指导者和教育理论的实践者。为全面加强中国国际学校建设,引导中国国际学校校长进一步了解国家及教育部相关法律、政策,促进中国国际学校办学质量提升及增强国际学校校长领导力与教育教学能力,中国国际科技促进会科教工作委员会联合国家教育行政学院于2021年12月23日-30日开设“国际化创新型领军校长高级研修班”。

“国际化创新型领军校长高级研修班

正式启动

本次“国际化创新型领军校长高级研修班”旨在促进国际化学校校长与专家、领导充分交流,促进国际化学校之间办学经验交流与分享,汲取国内外优质国际化创新型办学经验,建设具有中国特色的国际化创新型国际学校,推动我国国际化学校创新性人才培养,推动国际化创新型学校建设与创新人才培养。

国家教育行政学院

国家教育行政学院直属于中华人民共和国教育部,是教育培训全国各级各类学校领导干部和教育行政部门领导干部的最高学府,是教育科学研究和教育决策咨询的重要机构,是党和国家干部教育培训体系的重要组成部分。

自创办以来,国家教育行政学院培训了数十万计的教育系统干部,为国家教育事业改革发展注入源源不断的活力,被誉为“教育管理干部的摇篮”。

中国国际科技促进会科教工作委员会

中国国际科技促进会(CIAPST)是1988年成立的国家一级社团,以团结国内外科学家、教育家、金融家、企业家、实业家、管理专家和工程技术人员促进中国科学技术的发展,促进科技与经济的结合,加强国际科技交流与经济合作,振兴中华,实现“科技产业化,产业科技化”的协会宗旨。目前中国国际科技促进会拥有20名两院院士。

中国国际科技促进会科教工作委员会着眼于中国国际学校与中国大学国际化领域,推动建设中国特色国际学校课程体系与教师资格认证标准,科学培训提升师资能力,统一中国国际学校竞争力评价标准,明确国际学校发展方向,以全球优质稀缺科研资源推动学生科学教育,培养具民族特色、全球视野、科学素养的国际化科技创新性人才。

“国际化创新型领军校长高级研修班”

招生说明

一、报名条件

(1)招生对象:

“国际化创新型领军校长高级研修班”面向中国国际学校校长限额招生,招满即止。

(2)申请要求:

  • 申请人所在学校具有优质的口碑与声誉;

  • 申请人需担任所在学校校长及以上职务;

  • 申请人在国际教育行业有良好的口碑与声誉;

  • 申请人在国际学校课程建设、教育教学、管理运营方面已具备丰富经验;

(3)申请流程

  • 提交申请表(扫描文末二维码)

  • 材料审核通过

  • 参与面试

  • 办理入学手续

二、研修时间

时间为2021年12月23日至30日,为期8天。

国家教育行政学院

四、研修方式

  • 导师阵容:海内外国际教育政策专家与学者、知名国际学校高级管理者;

  • 开展形式:通过专题报告、专题研讨、名校参访等方式,引导学员深入理解关于教育的重要讲话和指导批示精神,更好地落实立德树人的根本任务;

  • 教学目标:紧密围绕中国国际学校发展建设议题,促进我国国际学校既能够符合中国政策规范,又能够兼顾国际化发展需求,进而推动我国国际化创新人才培养。

五、结业说明

经考核合格,由国家教育行政学院颁发“国际化创新型领军校长高级研修班”结业证书。

六、备注

  • 学员在学习期间不宜离院参加会议、出国或回单位处理日常工作,以保证全程集中精力学习。如需请假,需事先由所在国际学校出具请假说明,加盖公章,并征得教学工作小组同意。累计请假时间超过七分之一者,不发结业证书。

  • 按照国家防疫工作要求,疫情中高风险地区暂不接受申请。

  • 学员在学习期间,应遵守学习的各项规章制度,认真听取专题报告,积极参加研讨和交流。

Background

According to the statistics of KingLead Research Institute, in the past 20 years, the number of international schools in China has increased from below 100 to over 1,500, and this number is still rising. The growth in the number of international schools in China has brought desperate demands for excellent management cadres in international schools. "How to become a qualified professional and innovative leader in the international school" has been the focus of international education industry.

Principal is the soul of a school, the leader of the school running, the guide of educational reform and the practitioner of educational theory in the school. Therefore, firstly, for the sake of the construction of international schools in China and instructing the principals of international schools in China to further understand relevant laws and policies of the nation and the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China; what's more, for comprehensively improving the management quality of the international schools in China and the management capacity of principals, China International Association for Promotion of Science and Technology (CIAPST) Science and Education Working Committee unites the National Academy of Education Administration (NAEA), jointly hold the "Advanced Program for International and Innovative Leading Principals" for international schools all over China during Dec. 23 to Dec. 30, 2021.

"Advanced Program for International and Innovative Leading Principals" is officially launched

This "Advanced Program for International and Innovative Leading Principals" aims to provide a chance for principals of international school in China and experts of educational fields to fully communicate, fully exchange and share school running experience between international schools in China, absorb advanced teaching experience of innovative schooling, build an international and innovative international school environment with Chinese characteristics, promote the cultivation of innovative talents from international schools in China, and promote the deep integration of the development of international innovative schools and the cultivation of innovative talents.

National Academy of Education Administration (NAEA)

National Academy of Education Administration (NAEA) is directly affiliated to the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. It is the highest institution for education and the training of leading cadres of all levels and types of schools, as well as leading cadres of the education administration departments in China. It is an essential institution for educational scientific research and educational decision-making consultation, and is an important part of the educational training system for cadres of the party and the country.

Since its establishment, NAEA has trained thousands of cadres in the education system. It continuously puts energy into the reform and development of the national education, and is known as the "cradle of education management cadres."

NAEA devotes to improve the quality of cadres’ training in the education system and serves Chinese education reform and development. It follows the rule of education and the law of the growth for cadres. Meanwhile, it puts participants in the first place and vigorously exploring the new mode of "wisdom growth". What’s more, it focuses on building outstanding programs and keeps a close eye on the frontier issues in educational reform, pays close attention to the key and challenging issues in education developments, and strives to build a high-end think tank that serves the national education strategic decision making.

China International Association for Promotion of Science and Technology (CIAPST) Science and Education Working Committee

China International Association for Promotion of Science and Technology (CIAPST) was established in 1988. The association is dedicated to promoting the development of science and technology in China by uniting scientists, educators, financiers, entrepreneurs, industrialists, management experts and engineers at home and abroad. It is committed to promoting the combination of science and technology and economy, strengthening international scientific and technological exchanges and economic cooperation, making China a revitalization and realizing the purpose of "industrialization of science and technology". At present, there has been 20 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering in the association.

China International Association for Promotion of Science and Technology (CIAPST) Science and Education Working Committee focuses on the international school and university internationalization in China, aims to promote the construction of the international school course system with Chinese characteristics and teachers' qualification and certification standards. Through the scientific training, teachers’ ability will be improved and the unified China international school competitiveness evaluation standard will be established. It devotes to make the international school development direction clearer, promote students' science education with the global quality scarce scientific research resources, cultivate international scientific and technological innovative talents with national characteristics, global vision and scientific literacy.

Admissionsinstructions for "Advanced Program for International and Innovative Leading Principals"

I. Admission Policy

(1) Applicant status

The "Advanced Program for International and Innovative Leading Principals" is for both the principals leaders of international schools across the country. The enrollment is limited.

(2) Requirements

  • The applicants should come from a prestigious international school with a well-deserved reputation.

  • The applicants should have held at least the post of principal or above of the school.

  • The applicants should have established a good reputation in the international education industry.

  • The applicants should have rich experience in curriculum construction, education and teaching, as well as in the management and operation of international schools.

(3) Procedures

  • Submit application form (Scan the QR code below)

  • Pass the materials review

  • Attend the interview

  • Go through the admission formalities

II. Training time

The training time of the “Advanced Development Program for International and Innovative Leading Principals” is from December 23 to 30, 2021, in total 8 days.

III. Training location

National Academy of Education Administration (NAEA),

No.8 Qingyuan North Road, Daxing District, Beijing

IV. Training method

  • Mentor Profile:experts and scholars specialize in international education policy at home and abroad, senior managers of well-known international schools.

  • Training Mode:the training courses will be carried out through reports, seminars, and on-ground visits in order to guide the trainees to have an in-depth study of specific speeches on education and to fully absorb the spirit of guidance and instructions, and have a better implement the fundamental task of Morality Education.

  • Teaching Objectives:the "Advanced Development Program for International and Innovative Leading Principals" will closely focus on the construction of international schools in China, promote the international schools in China not only to be compliance with Chinese policy criterion, but also to take the needs of internationalization development into account, and then promote the cultivation of international innovative talents in China.

V. Graduation

After passing the examination, the trainees will be awarded the certificate of completion of the “Advanced Development Program for International and Innovative Leading Principals” by the National Academy of Education Administration (NAEA).

VI. Matters to notice

  • The selected trainees should not leave the program to participate in meetings, go abroad or return to the workplace to handle daily work during the study period, so as to ensure that they could concentrate on learning throughout the process. If anyone needed to ask for leave, they should have the leave instructions issued by international school in advance, affixed with an official seal, and get the approval of the teaching group of the program. If the accumulated absence period had exceeded one-seventh, no certificate of completion would be issued.

  • In accordance with the requirements of the national epidemic prevention work, people from areas with medium and high epidemic risk will not be allowed to participate in this training for the time being.

  • During the training period, the trainees shall abide by the rules and regulations of the study, and carefully listen to the reports, actively participate in the discussion section.
