杨永福，1942年生于四川乐山五通桥。中国美术家协会会员，四川省美协理事，水彩·粉画艺委会主任，四川省水彩画研究会会长。曾任中国水电文协国画研究会会长，国家一级注册建筑师。
自幼从师学画，14岁起便有作品参展发表。中国画以山水见长，水彩画以风景为主。他对水彩画的中西融合进行不懈探索，将中国绘画艺术的审美精神与西方后现代风格交融。出神入化的调动水彩画的艺术表现力，跳出水彩画的一般理解和定式，走在时代创作的前列，开辟新时代水彩画作新天地，具有很高的学术价值和欣赏价值。众多作品在国内外展出，受到专家和观众的喜爱和好评，被各种艺术机构和众多收藏家珍藏。
Yang Yongfu was born in 1942 at Wutong Bridge, Leshan, Sichuan.Member of China Artists Association, Director of Sichuan Association of American Arts, Director of Watercolor and Pastel Art Committee, President of Sichuan Research Institute of Watercolor.He was the president of the Research Institute of Chinese Traditional Painting of the China Hydroelectric and Hydroelectric Association and the first-level registered architect of the State.
From childhood, I learned painting from my teacher, and since the age of 14, I have been exhibiting and publishing works.Chinese painting has a long history of mountains and rivers, while watercolor painting mainly focuses on scenery.He made unremitting exploration on the integration of Chinese and Western watercolor, blending the aesthetic spirit of Chinese painting art with Western Postmodern style.It has high academic value and appreciation value to move the artistic expressive power of watercolor, jump out of the general understanding and format of watercolor, walk in the forefront of the creation of the times, and open up a new era of watercolor painting.Many works are on display at home and abroad, loved and praised by experts and audiences, and collected by various art institutions and many collectors.
