Today, Ms Lisa is going to read you a story, Peppa Pig went to her first sleepover at her friend’s house.

Peppa is going to her very first

sleepover at Zoe Zebra’s house.

“Welcome to my sleepover!” Zoe says.

“I’ll pick you up in the morning,”

Mummy Pig says to Peppa with a kiss.

佩奇要去斑马佐伊家里第一次过夜。

“欢迎来我家过夜！”佐伊说。

“明天早上我来接你。”

佩奇妈妈说，并亲了亲佩奇。

Rebecca Rabbit,

Suzy Sheep and Emily Elephant are already here.

“I’ve got my teddy,” Peppa says.

Zoe has her monkey.

Rebecca has her carrot.

Suzy has her owl.

And Emily has her frog.

小兔瑞贝卡、小羊苏西以及小象艾米莉已经都到了。

“我带了我的泰迪熊。”佩奇说。

佐伊带了她的小猴。

瑞贝卡带了她的胡萝卜。

苏西带了她的猫头鹰。

艾米莉带了她的青蛙。

“Don’t stay up too late, girls!

And don’t be too loud.

Daddy Zebra has to get up early to deliver the post,”

Mummy Zebra says as she turns out the lights.

Zoe’s baby twin sisters,

Zuzu and Zaza, want to join the sleepover too.

“Sleepovers are only for the big girls!” Zoe says.

“姑娘们，别睡得太晚了！

也别太吵，斑马爸爸明天还要早起去送快递呢。

”斑马妈妈说着，把灯关了。

佐伊的双胞胎妹妹们，祖祖和扎扎，

也想加入过夜小分队。

“只有大孩子才可以一起过夜噢。”佐伊说。

The twins begin to cry.

“They’re so sweet and little,” Peppa says.

“Can they stay?” Rebecca asks.

“OK,” Zoe says to the twins.

“But you must NOT fall asleep.”

双胞胎妹妹们开始哭起来。

“她们真的又小又乖。”佩奇说。

“让她们也加入吧？”瑞贝卡说。

“那好吧，”佐伊告诉双胞胎们：

“你们可千万不能睡着噢。”

“What should we do first?” Suzy asks.

“I’m having piano lessons! Listen…”

Zoe starts to pound on the keys.

“Twinkle, twinkle, little star…”

“我们首先该干什么？”苏西问。

“我在上钢琴课！听着……”

佐伊开始在钢琴键上砰砰地敲。

“一闪一闪亮晶晶……”

Mummy Zebra has woken up,

“Shush! You must keep quiet so Daddy Zebra can sleep!

Now, into your sleeping bags, please.”

斑马妈妈被吵醒了。

“嘘，你们必须保持安静，斑马爸爸要睡觉！

现在，请去你们的睡袋里待着。”

“Snort! What do we do now?” Peppa asks.

“At sleepovers, there’s always a midnight feast!”

Zoe says.

“It’s when we eat things,”

Suzy says in a hushed voice.

“In secret.”

“哼哧~我们现在做什么呢？”佩奇问。

“一起过夜，当然要吃夜宵啦！”佐伊说。

“也就是说我们要吃东西，”苏西压低声音说，

“这可是秘密进行的。”

“Shhh!” Zoe says as she leads the girls to the kitchen.

They each grab some delicious fruit,

perfect for a midnight feast.

The floorboard creaks.

“嘘~~~”佐伊带领姑娘们向厨房进军。

他们每人都拿了一些美味的水果，

简直是完美的夜宵。

地板发出吱吱的声音。

Oh no! Mummy Zebra has woken up.

“You’ll wake Daddy Zebra!

Now, who knows a bedtime story?”

The girls take turns:

“Once upon a time, there was a little fairy…”

Suzy begins.

“And she lived in the forest…”

Peppa continues.

“And the fairy met a big monster,

who went…RAAARRR!”

Emily says with a big elephant trumpet noise!

噢不！斑马妈妈醒了。

“你们会吵醒斑马爸爸的！

现在，谁能来讲个睡前故事？”

姑娘们开始轮番说起来：

“很久很久以前，有一位小仙女……”

苏西第一个打头。

“她住在森林里……”佩奇紧接着继续。

“一天，小仙女遇到了一头巨大的怪兽，他去了……哞~~！”

艾米莉说着，用象鼻发出了很大的声音！

Oh dear. The noise has woken Daddy Zebra!

“Sorry Daddy,” Zoe says,

“There was a story about a fairy and a scary monster.”

“And we want to know what happens next!”

Peppa says.

“Very well,” Daddy Zebra sighs.

“The monster lifted up his great, big hairy paws…”

这下好了。斑马爸爸被吵醒了！

“对不起，爸爸，”佐伊说，

“我们在讲一个关于小仙女和大怪兽的故事。”

“而且我们想知道接下来会发生什么！”

佩奇说。

“很好……”斑马爸爸叹了口气。

“大怪兽举起了他巨大的、毛茸茸的大爪子……”

“And walked along on his great,

big hair feet… And sang…

‘Twinkle, twinkle, little star,

how I wonder what you are…’”

Daddy Zebra sings gently as he plays the piano.

Daddy Zebra’s song has sent everyone to sleep.

“一边用他巨大、毛茸茸的脚走着，一边唱着

‘一闪一闪亮晶晶，满天都是小星星……’“

斑马爸爸一边轻轻哼唱，一边弹着钢琴。

斑马爸爸的歌让孩子们都睡着了。
