上海仲裁委员会新一届（第七届）仲裁员公告

经上海仲裁委员会新一届（第七届）委员会第二次全体会议审议，决定聘任1785名人士（具体名单请点击“阅读原文”）为上海仲裁委员会新一届（第七届）仲裁员。上海仲裁委员会新一届（第七届）仲裁员将于2022年1月1日起履行仲裁员职责。第六届上海仲裁委员会聘任的仲裁员，其职责延续至其正在审理的案件完结时止。

上海仲裁委员会将于2022年1月起在官方网站（www.accsh.org）上逐步提供新一届（第七届）仲裁员名册中仲裁员的详细情况。

Announcement of New Panel of the SHAC Arbitrators

SHAC

After the deliberation at the Second Plenary Session of the Seventh Governing Body of Shanghai Arbitration Commission (the “SHAC”), the SHAC has approved to appoint 1785 arbitrators (please click "Read More" for detail) as the New Panel (the 7th Cohort) of the SHAC Arbitrators. New Panel of the Arbitrators appointed by the Seventh Governing Body of the SHAC will perform their duties from January 1, 2022. The arbitrators in the current Panel (the 6th Cohort) of the SHAC Arbitrators would continue their duties until the conclusion of their pending arbitration case(s).

The database of the New Panel of the SHAC Arbitrators would be available in January, 2022 via www.accsh.org.
