新课标：重要性有新表述

要求仍在提高

《义务教育英语课程标准（2022版）》（以下简称《英语新课标》）这样表述英语的重要性：英语属于印欧语系，是当今世界经济、政治、科技、文化等活动中广泛使用的语言，是国际交流与合作的重要沟通工具，也是传播人类文明成果的载体之一，对中国走向世界、世界了解中国、构建人类命运共同体(a human community with a shared future)具有重要作用。

围绕核心素养，即语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力，《英语新课标》对课程内容做出了非常详细的描述，并提出了十分具体的要求。

The core qualities related to the English curriculum include language ability, cultural awarness, thinking quality and learning ability. Focusing on these, the revised standards provide a detailed explanation of courses and a list of specific requirements.

就单词量而言，二级“能初步运用500个左右单词，就规定的主题进行交流与表达，另外可以根据实际情况接触并学习三级词汇和相关主题范围内100-300个单词，以及一定数量的习惯用语或固定搭配”。

三级则要求“围绕相关主题学习并使用约1600个单词进行交流与表达，另外可以根据实际情况接触并学习相关主题范围内100-300个单词，以及一定数量的习惯用语或固定搭配”。

另一方面，新课标对学生的课外阅读量（累计）也做出了明确的要求：

一级、一级+：1500-2000词

三级--8年级：10万词以上

三级--9年级、三级+：15万词以上

可以说，新课标对不同阶段中小学生的词汇量和阅读量都做出了更高的要求。

选对学习方法

为英语学习增速提效

学习方法上，新课标提出要重视对学生英语学习方法的指导，鼓励学生借助词典等工具书进行词汇知识的学习。

The latest standards emphasize the guidance on students' English learning methods and encourage students to learn words with dictionaries and other reference books.

另外，新课标还要求学生每周进行不少于30分钟的课外视听活动。

由此可见，“哑巴英语”问题已得到重视，“听”和“说”在英语学习中变得愈发重要。现如今，学生不仅要懂音标，还要能用正确的语音朗读课文。

新课标背后

适龄化的教育需要更多关注

新课改中，英语课程分级分龄的特征更加明显。

学生们需要的是一款能符合不同阶段认知水平和学习能力，实现适龄化英语学习的产品。

What students need is a product that can help their English study based on their age and ability.

例如，3至10岁低学龄段的孩子以感知认知为主，英语学习目标是激发兴趣、增强信心，培养习惯。而10岁以上的高学龄段以推理认知为主，学习目标是实现深度记忆、理解、掌握，并能很好完成考试测验等学习任务。

Children aged 3-10 focus on perception and cognition. Their English learning objects are to stimulate interests, strengthen confidence and cultivate habits.
By contrast, those over the age of 10 are able to do cognitive reasoning, and aims to remember, understand, and master what they have learned as well as achieve good grades in their exams.
