250㎡豪宅｜Alexander & Co.

这座建筑采用的是极致简约的设计手法，简约和有内涵是它最大的特点。250平方米设计师没有使用花里胡哨的装饰去点缀，而是采用自己超前的设计思维融入普通的建筑材料当中。

This building adopts an extremely simple design method, and simplicity and connotation are its biggest characteristics. The 250-square-meter designer did not use fancy decorations to embellish, but used his own advanced design thinking to integrate into ordinary building materials.

屋内的布局好像是跨越了时间线而来，古典艺术的韵味和现代化的元素融合在一起，给居者别样的居住感受。

The layout of the house seems to have crossed the time line. The charm of classical art and modern elements are combined to give the residents a different living experience.

屋内的设计和屋外一致，同样采用极简风格。普通的实木材料，混泥土背景板，以及分层的石质材料等，当这些不同到元素汇聚在一个空间内产生出别样的美感，为空间增添了质感。

The interior design is the same as the exterior, with the same minimalist style. Ordinary solid wood materials, concrete background boards, and layered stone materials, etc., when these different elements converge in a space, they produce a different kind of beauty and add texture to the space.

设计团队的初衷就是给住宅更多的可能性，因此为居者设计了休闲区域、办公区域、休息区域等。

室内室外的建筑风格有差异，甚至不同的元素所蕴含的年代感也有不同，设计师如此大胆的创新思想，将诸多看似毫无关联的部分巧妙结合在一起，充满了差异性和多样性，让居者有更加丰富的居住体验。

一楼的开放式生活区成为整座建筑的中心区域，包含不同的功能分区，休息区、用餐区，生活区。

The open living area on the first floor becomes the central area of the whole building, including different functional areas, rest area, dining area and living area.

二楼各种各样的木质家具映入眼帘，南北通透，宽敞明亮，柔和的光线映照进来，充满了古朴的质感。楼梯处的开放式设计，可以将楼下的情况尽收眼底，同时保留更多的隐私空间。

All kinds of wooden furniture on the second floor come into view, the north and south are transparent, spacious and bright, and the soft light shines in, which is full of quaint texture. The open-plan design at the stairs allows a panoramic view of the downstairs while retaining more privacy.
